They were great at coordinating a time that meant my needs and knowledgeable worker. The only terrible part was paying a ridiculous amount of money for 30 minutes of work to change out 2 small fixtures.

They arrived earlier than the scheduled time was great. Very knowledgeable and were very genuine guys that was here to help solve my problems, and they did.

Relaced 35 year old grey pipe plumbing in my house in one day to my complete satisfaction.

Shaun was the person that came to my house and he was amazing. He explained everything he needed to do and why. He didn't try to sell my extra services and he was very friendly and I would suggest this company to anyone looking for an honest knowledgeable plumbing company.

I reached out to about 5 companies for help with a belly in my sewer line and The Original Plumber was the most responsive and comprehensive in their estimates for the work. They came out the very next day to replace the sewer line including installing a separate pipe to redirect water from one of my gutter spouts. I don t usually leave reviews but I want anyone looking for plumbing help to strongly consider The Original Plumber. Kudos to Shaun and team for the great work!

Shaun is very passionate about his work and he is very professional. He explained everything thoroughly and installed my tankless has water heater quickly.

I hired them to do my waterline outside of my house. They came on time and my waterlines work well so far. The problem is they did not clean up my yard well. They did not put back one plant they Diggs out, Andy the other plant they put back just died in two days. I contacted customer service but they said they did not cover the landscape, so I have to be responsible to their job.

We had a serious septic issue in our home. Both Septic Tank s in the front and the back clogged up at the same time. We had a number of estimates from different plumbers. I felt the quotes were way too high and I wasn t t confident with their strategies. I then called the original plumber from home advisor. They sent their septic expert , Andy Hardin,,and he knew how to diagnose and address the problem. He also gave a very reasonable quote He began working on it immediately stayed till late at night until the job is done. And solved our problem. He also came by the next day and cleaned up our yard. I highly recommend the original plumber and Andy Hardin Very impressed..

Shaun and Jeff did a great job and replaced my kitchen faucet (with sprayer) very quickly. Kudos to them and to the Original Plumber for having them as part of their team.
