I called Adam from the Original Plumber after getting a quote from another plumber, who was sent to my house by Home Depot. I didn't get a great feeling from the HD referral and felt he was trying to rip me off. Adam was great. He explained everything and gave me a quote at half the price of the first quote. Work was completed quickly and Adam even stopped​ by the next day to make sure everything was working as it should. Great trust worthy company. I highly recommend.

Adam arrived quickly and really listened to our concerns. Not only did he address our toilet issues problems but he checked additional areas in our home to make sure they were working properly. On top of his honesty, he was willing to share some of his knowledge with us to prevent any future damage. I would totally recommend their service to all of my friends and I am so pleased to say that I finally have a plumber that I can/will always call when I need.

These guys are awesome!! Didn't require any additional services, and they were able to fix my water main within hours of my call. I arrived home to be greeted by completed work and happy roommates! Best experience with a plumber in my life. I would recommend them would be an understatement!!!! Call these guys!!!!!!!

Adam did amazing! Really went out of his way to help us fix the problem without having to replace the spigot. Really appreciate his quick response in coming to our house the same day! This will be our new household plumber! Highly recommend Adam!

Adam came out to give a second opinion on a possible break in sewer line. Inspected kitchen sink and related plumbing for leaks. Saw no issues, everything drained well. Just gave us some advice to keep pipes clean. Very professional, personable and on-time. Would definitely hire them again

Adam is excellent. Very realistic. Figured the problem out. Gave options. Was not trying to oversell and made sure we understood all the way.

Once initial contact was made, they took care of everything. Adam came to the house, identified the issue, ordered the part to be delivered overnight at our house, called the next morning, a Saturday, to say he would come over to replace the part as soon as it was delivered, and did exactly that. We also didn't have to pay for the $200 part because it was under warranty, something we didn't know and probably would have been charged had we not hired The Original Plumber. We're very satisfied with their work and level of extraordinary customer service and would most definitely recommend.

The plumber that came out was very professional, friendly and did the work like he was working on his own plumbing. They kept me informed on everything they were doing. I was very pleased and would not hesitate hiring them again giving their number to any of my friends.

Adam and Carlos both worked on an estimate and Adam went over the details at the consultation. It was more than I was originally planning on paying, however, Adam went over the reasons I was having presious sump pump issues. We have a finished In-Law suite in the basement and I feel the job was done right. They even gave a final invoice with before & after pictures for warranty purposes. Fantastic job Adam.

Timely arrival, efficient completed job less than originally projected. We asked if they could do additional job while there because of the original estimate happily completed additional job. Most importantly there was no mess to clean up.
