I do everything through the Lexus dealership. I like the guy I work with; the work gets done on time. It’s reasonable priced, not cheap. They do offer loaner cars so you don’t have to sit there and wait. The waiting room is nice. They get all “A’s”, I’ve been using them for about 15 years.

They are good. They are friendly, and treat you like a queen! I have only been to this location once. I bought my car from another dealership in the area.

They are expensive. You expect the best with Lexus and I got it.

It was covered under warranty. We spent over $1000 the last time we went. I love them. When you go to the dealer, they are pricey, you pay for the quality and it is mostly reliable. Every time I go, the parts may cost $100. Considering the nature of the business, I would grade them a B for price. Quality is always an A even though you pay for it. If they are to take over a certain amount of time, we usually get a loaner at no cost. that is one of the benefit of going to the dealer. If they are going to take over so many hours, they will give you a loaner, you don't have to sit there and wait.

It was time to replace the belt. I replace it every 90,000 miles. I had an appointment. Because they had to order the belt, they gave me a rental for the time being. The ordered the part, and it was there the next day. They called me to come pick it up. They are very professional, and courteous here. They are very helpful, and help you keep you car running for a long time. I bought the car from them. I have been going there for about 19 years. They can get kind of busy sometimes, and it is because of how good they are.

Their customer service is OK.  Loaners are general available and it's a nice facility to go to.

They have serviced my car the whole time. Generally I wouldn't stick with a dealership after the warranty expires, but these people are so good and they are so honest. They are just so excellent. If it cost a little more, I am willing to pay it, because they don't cheat you. They don't tell you that you need work that you don't need. They go out of their way to please you. One time I went to a restaurant and when I came out my battery was dead and it was after hours.

And the service man, in his own car, met me at the restaurant. It was seven or eight o'clock at night and he switched out the battery for me. I've never had such a good experience with anything having to do with automobiles. I think their pricing is reasonable for a dealership. They even call you afterwards. They call you that evening or the next day. They were great. I would continue to use them until the wheels fall off! If I was buying a new car, I wouldn't buy it from anybody but them, because they've been so honest and treated me so well in the purchasing part and in the service part.
