When this began, I was very ill from the mold in my home and had to stay with a relative whose indoor air quality wasn't the greatest, either (still, better than my house!). Raymond came out late at night after a job to install a high-quality filter for me there. At no extra charge. Then, he and his team did a terrific job on my house. A year later, the house is clean, and I am healthy. To top it off, when I found out (after two denials) that my homeowner's policy did cover a certain amount of mold damage, Raymond went to bat for me with the insurance company. Give an A++ rating to Ray Lane EnviroClear and here's why; My home had Mold from a leaky refrigerator water line many months after the incident in the winter with the heater running most of the time. Reviewing the different quotes one was to low with possible cost increases or worse when my house was torn up. The next two quotes were somewhat close but then I met Ray Lane from EnviroClear whose been in the mold abatement business for over 10 years i knew i found the winner. He found more mold even behind a cabinet that others didn't and told me the tricks that others to watch out for with others use to increase the cost when they are not needed. He taught me a great deal and learned much with the ever important 72 hour rule from a water incident that you have until mold in the air will start to grow. Specifically, He mentioned that running a dehumidifier after the heater run was unneeded in my case and to challenge contractors why the cost was there. This can be a high cost repair for any home owner and I feel very lucky to have received a reasonable priced repair and restoration and to find Ray a truly Honest person, with integrity, trustworthiness and punctual. I plan to use Ray's again when the next water intrusion occurs within 72 hours as he can take of those issues also. I am a very satisfied customer of Ray Lane and EnviroClear.

Ray was first of all on time, he showed up and quickly assessed the situation. He showed us where the potential problems would be and told us why. We discussed the severity of the issue and in detail, he explained his method and protocol for remediation. On the day service was rendered, he worked efficiently around the carpet installers. All surfaces were treated and sealed, in the end he used an organic biocide fogger to finish the pristine work. He also worked with us on the price which could have been $4500 due to the size of the job but he worked with us knowing we were paying $8,900 for new carpet, I would highly suggest this service if you need mold testing and/or remediation.

Ray came out and tested our home, the testing was thorough and honest. He let us know where the problem was concentrated and explained in detail how he would treat the problem. He also worked with us on the price, since we were forced to change our carpets due to the mold, price was in this instance critical. I highly recommend Enviroclean for mold testing and remediation. Honesty is extremely important when you're dealing with something you can't actually see. Once the carpet was pulled up though... we definitely saw where the mold was and it was bad! The place was treated efficiently and Ray worked around the carpet installers easily, the whole thing went over smoothly thank God, my nerves were shot to hell. I highly recommend this company if you're in the Atlanta area.
