The over the counter meds took the edge off but did not solve the problem. i change his food to grain free and it worked. After about 2 weeks all of the scratching stopped

It went great. We loved the vet, and she was great with our shaking, frightened dog. She did the usual tests, and we went back for a second visit for his shots. We will definately be back here next time a vet is eneded.

I am very impressed with the Dunwoody Veterinary Center. They never recommend any unnessary tests or procedures, however if your pet is in need of a specialist they know exactly who to refer. I am not a fan of the Georgia Veterinary Specialists (extremely overpriced and often give incorrect diagnosis or inferior quality procedures) in Sandy Springs and thank goodness the Dunwoody Veterinary Center has never recommended any of their specialists.

Their service is good and the pricing is fine. I like them because they are always very professional. One doctor is very much into the medical aspect of it. She's a very intelligent person. I like the fact that she has quick answers to all my questions. I had a different doctor the last time I went there. I wasn't pleased with the outcome as she had not done the right kind of cleaning for my dog. She said I had to put more lotion, and I did not feel like that was the right answer. So I took my dog to another place for a skin test.

What I like about this veterinarian is that she really gets down on the floor and plays with my dog. I have a big dog and other veterinarians have gotten scared, but not Dr. Kim Roberts. She gets right down there and plays and the dog doesn't even realize she is examining him.

We have been using Dr. Kim Roberts for several years when she was in practice with another vet. She recently opened her own practice in the Dunnwoody Village area. She is a very warm person who has the ability to deal with frightened and temperamental pets. She is a superb surgeon and a very thorough and competent veterinarian. She also has the people skills and sensitivity to deal with the pet owner trauma who must decide to have their pet put-to-sleep. Her facility is located at the intersection of Mt. Vernon Rd. and Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. behind the Old Farmhouse. They are behind the RBC Centura Bank on Mt. Vernon Rd., or you can enter at the CVS Pharmacy off Chamblee-Dunwoody Rd.
