The serviceman, Steve, gave me a courtesy call to tell me when to expect him. He was on time and well prepared. He explained what he was going to do and cleaned my carpets very well including severe pet stains. I am very pleased with the results of the cleaning/sanitizing. He left me with a bottle of carpet spot removal and said I could request another bottle whenever I needed it. He was courteous and polite. The next day the company called to ask if I was satisfied. I appreciate the customer service and follow up and will definitely recommend this company.
