I now have been training with the staff at Body Solutions for almost two years.  The results have been exceptional.  Many times fitness and fitness instruction becomes a difficult process to judge.  People tend to forget that the gym nor the trainer can lose the weight for you.  The trainer merely guides, counsels, promotes, and motivates a person to succeed at living a healthy lifestyle, which can include weight loss or weight maintenance.  The gym is nothing more than the location as well as tools and equipment to put you in an environment to succeed.

Body Solutions does just this.  I trained one on one with Dan McGrath, the owner and proprietor of Body Solutions, for about 9 months leading up to my wedding.  In that time span, I lost 40 pounds, and did so in a healthy, manageable, and successfully lasting way.  No crash diets, excessive unsustainable workout plans, but counseled nutritional advice and monitoring coupled with long term workout plans that push the client to a desired goal to not only achieve, but maintain.  The plans created by Dan and his team and individually specific, with the clients goals in mind.

The gym at Body Solutions is smaller than your large chain gyms, but has all the equipment necessary to achieve all your goals.  And because it is a smaller gym, the availability of the equipment is never a concern.  The equipment you want is always available.

As of late, I have been doing the fitness classes provided by Body Solutions.  The class size never grows above 8-10 people, so despite not being one on one, personal attention and instruction is still provided.
