I called back after the initial service for additional support. On both occasions, the technicians were very service oriented. They patiently worked for several hours, made useful recommendations.

They were very prompt in setting up an appointment and solved most of my problems

These guys are great. Very knowledgable and flexible. They actually had to log onto my computer on three separate occasions due to the hard drive being damaged. Without even talking about add'l charges, they worked around my schedule to repair the hard drive and optimize the performance. First time I had this done in 7 years so the computer was in pretty bad shape. Now, runs like a champ and after three weeks have no problems. Thanks!

Fantastic! Soon after signing up for the service I received a call from ATR to set up an appointment. At the appointed time a tech called and remotely took over my computer. He was done in a couple hours (I run Windows 8 on a two-year-old computer), though it can take up to four hours. Before he finished he called me back and provided me with a summary of everything he found and did along with some recommendations to minimize future problems. And by the way, my computer now runs as good as it did when I pulled it out of the box. I have decided to have this done on an annual basis. The reasonable price and outstanding service make it a no-brainer. Highly recommend!!!

They always do a great job, thorough and conscientious. I had the blue screen of death. I called Spencer in a panic - it was a weekend or off-hours, one of those situations. He responded immediately and pulled out all the stops to solve my problem, which took some doing. But he restored my computer to full running order when I thought it was really doomed.

It was fine. They were fast, friendly, and thorough. They got the job done in about one hour. It was more of a basic tune-up. They were about 20- 30 minutes late when they did the service. The scheduling was okay.

It was very good and went extremely well. They were very helpful, thorough, and they did the best they could. She did her job and was working on the computer the whole time. They really did a deep clean of my computer and definitely seemed to take out more than what the average would have done and it was worth the price difference. The scheduling was fine but there was a complication from Angie’s List due to the scheduling and they called me right away. They also did extra for me and helped me figure out how to edit my photos and worked though her lunch hour to help me out. All in all it was a very good experience.

the representative was very professional and explained the problems in detail. she went above and beyond to fix my laptop, and i am very appreciative. the money i paid for the service was well worth the expense. many thanks for the recommendation (angie's list), and the company who provided a great service.

When I applied for the service they asked to give them 3 dates that I would be available for contact. They called on the 3rd of those dates, Wednesday the 15, when my problem had already been resolved.

Donna was pleasant and very professional! My computer is back to normal now...now ads, pop ups and slow connections.

Donna worked on the computer for hours to get it running well. They are the best in the business. I have used them before and would not use any other company. They are honest and capable .

Offered good price and did not have to take my computer to a store for repair, they just logged on remotely and did the work. It did not resolve my problems and I had to buy a new computer. I would consider them for work other that de bugging a computer. They were very prompt, accurate, courteous. Their punctuality was perfect and they were very professional on line and on the telephone but unfortunately their software could not help save my computer.

I typically hate to give bad reviews, and in this case I feel rather badly about it considering the Lady that I worked with was very kind. However we purchased the $99 service through Angies List to have the slow performance of one of our office computers fixed and the job they did was extremely poor. Not only did they not fix the slower issues that I was having with the computer, They remotely connected to the computer and crashed my entire system. Windows completely crashed and I was not able to correct this issue with even the windows reboot disk. Ergo I now have an extremely large paper weight. I've had to purchase a new tower and call a tech guy to physically come out and set this new computer up as to the fact the computer they crashed was the hub to my entire office and none of my other computers were able to connect to the internet or review files. Very important files were lost. We've now lost an entire week of work . So we're in a situation to where we have lost time, money and not been able to properly serve our clients. We were given a form to have our initial $99 refunded which has not be credited as of yet, this in no way makes up for the hundreds to maybe even thousands of dollars we have and could lose until we get our systems corrected.

The service was fantastic: professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I will certainly go with this company for future computer technical needs.

Donna Found that the anti-virus and anti-malware software were fighting each other so she deleted the existing anti-malware and installed a compatible free anti-malware program. In addition to running checks on the system and tweaking certain processes, Donna fixed some corrupt system files and deleted three unneeded software packages. I appreciated her patience w/my newbie questions and the explanations on what all was being done. I'm totally satisfied with this Big Deal.

Communication was perfect with him. It took care of some of the problems but not all of them. I wish there had been some follow up from them but overall I felt it went pretty well and he did what he needed to do.

I was not happy with it at all. I didn’t like the customer relationship as he was rude and had an attitude. They got the job done in about 20-25 minutes and then just said there was nothing he could do.

They are 5-star all the way and they have been for years.

It worked out well. They got the job done in about 3 hours. The rep told me everything that she was doing and I liked that. She explained things in detail and gave other pointers about how we could handle things the future.
