Good, thorough communication and professional service. I appreciated the time they took to explain the process, both at the time of scheduling and during the actual job. I was pleased with the work as well...would use them again!

Both contractors were very friendly and professional - I could tell that they really enjoyed their work (and working with each other). Their banter made the time fly by. They took a lot of care with their equipment (so as not to damage walls or furniture, and were careful to keep track of which room my kitty was locked away in to make sure she didn't escape when they opened windows or doors. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail. When cleaning the vents in one of my sink, they discovered a leak and went out of their way to call to find a contractor who could fix it for me. They definitely went above and beyond what I would have expected; I am particularly grateful they found the leak before it could do damage to the house.

I called to get a quote to have my dryer vent cleaned Thursday 1/17/2013 - Allan gave me his price over the telephone and then asked if he could call me back that afternoon to schedule a date/time. He called back at the exact time he promised and let me know that he would be in my area the upcoming Saturday (1/19/2013). He arrived on time and went straight to work. He explained exactly what he was doing and let me watch so I could see how much lint came out of the vent/duct. The entire process took about an hour and he cleaned up after himself. Before he cleaned the vent, it was taking almost two hours to dry a small load of clothing. After he cleaned the vent, it took less than 40 minutes to dry a load. After he finished cleaning the dryer vent, I had him give me a quote to clean my air ducts. My condo is very dusty and I thought that having the air ducts cleaned might reduce the amount of dust in my condo. He gave me a quote, but explained that due to the way my return air duct is set up that cleaning the air ducts would not eliminate my dust problem. He explained how my A/C system worked and gave me other tips on how to reduce the dust. I was very impressed with his knowledge, as well as the fact that he didn't try to up-sell me additional services. I will definitely use him in the future and will confidently recommend him to any friends/neighbors.

Two technicians arrived at my home at the designated hour. They explained the services they were to perform. Five hours later my air conditioning system was cleaned. The technicians were very personable and helpful, even repairing a few minor duct problems. I would certainly recommend this company and I will use them again.

They called back quickly from initial call. Setup a time to do the service and stuck to the schedule. They did a great job.

They arrived a bit early but certainly in a reasonable time window. There was a team of two and they systematically cleaned all of the ducts in the house. It took approximately three and a half hours. During the process they used some sort of strong scent. My wife has chronic migraines and is sensitive to smells. So the introduction of this strong odor gave her a migraine. I don't know if there was any option to leave out the scent, but we definitely could have used such an option. Overall the work was done very professionally and was a reasonable price for our 3 bedroom home.

When placing the call to setup the appointment it was very informative as to what they would be doing and details on the process of cleaning the air ducts. Their pricing was competitive with other companies in the area and even a bit lower so I setup the appointment. With my work schedule they were able to call me prior to their arrival so that I could meet them at our home. After doing the initial inspection to count the vents and peak at the units they discussed with me what was going to be done. As it was cold that day they asked if the kitchen sick could be used to clean their equipment and vents which I was ok with. At that point I left them to complete the work as I went back to work. They called me when they were about 20 minutes away from completing the cleaning so that I could get back to the house. While they were doing the cleaning they also offered to seal up a vent I have in my garage above my hot water heater and also was able to identify a noise my downstairs unit was making when the heat was running. Mold was also found in my plenum box which was on the fiber board and evaporator coil which was removed during the cleaning. Instruction was given on how to handle this in the future. Since the mold was found I had a HVAC company come out to do a complete inspection of the two systems which made good comments on the work that was done by The Duct Man. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

The gentlemen were on time and polite. They cleaned two stories of ducts. We had a new furnace installed recently - so they did not charge us to clean ducts near the new unit.

This was my first experience with air duct cleaning. As a person with asthma and allergies, the air quality of my home is of prime importance. It was quite revealing to see the old, caked on dust and dirt behind my vent covers. After the initial vacuuming of the vents, the difference was remarkable. They looked like new! The young men who performed the work were knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. They answered all my questions and allowed me to observe the procedure. They also pointed out other concerns they saw (such as a pool of water in my crawl space) that had nothing to do with the duct work. This is my company for all duct cleaning. I highly recommend them!

It was a really easy experience -- from scheduling to the on-site service, the team was professional and easy to deal with. I was able to "add on" additional, vent-specific services on-site and customer service was great. Even though they warned me that the house would be dirty after they left, by nature of the work that was being done, the team left everything that they touched in good condition. Would definitely recommend!

They were unable to get to all of the places to do the cleaning due to the way the house is built.

Everything about our experience was great. I research Duct Man of Atlanta on Angie's List and I new it was going to be a great experience since they received all A's on every posted review. Great service experience and I wish everyone did business like Duct Man of Atlanta. Job well done!!

My husband and I were very pleased with the high level of professionalism exuded by the two gentlemen for The Duct Man. They were on time, explained everything that was going on in the process, and welcomed any questions we had for them. They offered to vacuum the carpets once the jobs was complete. There wasn't a need to vacuum but I was grateful for the offer! They were finished in about two hours and offered the coupon on Angie's List without my needing to print it from the computer! I would recommend The Duct Man to anyone who needs air ducts cleaned! Use their services! ( Moment of Zen: One gentleman was a fan of Georgia Bulldogs and the other was a Michigan Wolverines fan. I am a Florida Gator fan and the husband is an Ohio State fan. I wasn't too sure if there was going to be a need for an arm wrestling contest to see if we were worthy of their services. Humor !! )

Estimate give over phone from son R.J.......compared work and cost with other estimate. Called back and spoke with father, Alan, who verified everything and we set up the appointment. They came on the appointed day and time and worked quickly and neatly. I would definitely recommend this company for this type of work. Thank you, Cathy Sheehan.

What a fantastic company and service! The team that showed up were outstanding. They were extremely customer service focused. They cleaned their mess before leaving and left everything in better shape. The ducts were a mess and they cleaned them and even noted areas of concern for me. They did not try to up-sale me on anything. They pointed out areas of concern with my unit so I could have things handled on my own. I highly recommend The Duct Man of Atlanta and their team!

The scheduling was easy and the team arrived on time. They did a thorough job and left the house clean when finished. They also took me into the attic to show me exactly what they had done and gave me some great tips about how to keep the system cleaner in the future. Recommended!

Took about 5 hours. 2 guys worked very hard. Left house cleaner than before they came!

I called and the owner returned my call quickly. He explained their process in great detail and gave me a quote over the phone. I hired them on the spot and scheduled the work. The 2 men were on time, friendly, considerate of my home furnishings and my schedule and did everythng they said they would. They worked steadily for 4.5 hours. I used a $50 coupon from their company website. That dropped the charge from $605 to $555

Don't go anywhere else for duct cleaning, the Duct Man of Atlanta is by far the BEST!! I'm glad I trusted Angie's List, they exceeded my expectations!

They were prompt, fully explained the job and kept me informed as they went as to where they were and how long it would take (two to three hours). They found some mold in the system (which they said had not been cleaned before - I have only recently purchased the home) and explained where it was and why it may have grown there. They cleaned up afterwards and the whole system runs great and the mildew odors appear to be gone. The whole job seemed to be well done. Will definitely employ them again.

The were punctual, polite and worked hard for four hours. The were very thorough, even cleaning the registers outside by hand. It seemed well worth the $430. They even chased after our dog and brought her back when she ran away. We are fully satisfied customers!
