The first person I spoke with was Jessica. Jessica was very pleasant and helpful. The Adam the technician was the same. He arrived on time. Explained the process thoroughly and after I agreed to proceed fixed the issue. I am very satisfied with the service and will use them in the future.

The technician was very efficient and kind however I was charged $325.29 for the repair which was a basket strainer replacement. another company came and looked at the work and estimated the price for the job was $169.00 since it was a simple fix. I believe I was shafted and I would never hire this company again. But I was given a $30 senior citizen discount.

By far the most professional, and the price quoted for the work was a good value for solid and reliable work. They also stood by their work with a warranty in addition to the manufacturer's warranties. I'd hire them again in the heartbeat - both men were professional and courteous.
