Service Provider Response

I am not sure why this review was left. I emailed an estimate on the 26th. It is in my sent folder in my email. I just forwarded the same email again with the estimate attached on 1/4/2023. I have tried reaching out several times in regard to this review with no response. I pride myself on customer service and satisfaction however, I am unable to resolve this issue since I still have not received any response to the emails and voicemails I have sent.

The estimate was slightly lower than some “chain” installers; the work was completed on the quoted schedule and the crew worked efficiently and neatly.

Derek and his team were amazing. He always responded in a timely manner, came to the house and put up our fence faster then I expected. Our fence was leaps and bounds better then what we imagined it would be. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a fence, you won’t regret it.
