The service center employees were nice and they gave me a rental care after waiting an hour in line to get it. I am not happy with the price. They charged me $1300+ for the service. I later called three other shops and they quoted between $1000 - $800. I am not happy that I spent so much for the service. I would have taken my vehicle to another place had they not already done the work.

Have an old car. Couldn't get the brake lights to turn off. Thought we'd end up spending oodles of $$, but total bill was just under $60. They were able to get us in right away, and worked quickly and efficiently. Before we knew it, the car was ready to be picked up and the lights were working normally again. Definitely recommend.

They were just terrific. I had started looking for cars six months earlier and the salesman was very knowledgeable. He kept in touch and it was no pressure, which was nice. They were like, here is our car, and they speak for themselves. I can answer any questions about it. He knew what the competitions cars were like, he was able to say what Honda had that was better. When I went back in, again no pressure, he gave me the details about the cost, they have a no haggle policy and everything went smoothly with them. The salesman was very accommodating and accessible and answered all of my questions. I am leasing it, so I cannot say on price, because the factors are different. It depends on how much you put down, and the interest rate is different. The car price overall, is $26,000 and after deductions and everything it was $23,000. Their prices are reasonable. My particular salesman was Rick, I would definitely recommend people go talk to him. He went out of his to track down my EZ Pass that I had left in my old car. He was very good.

We wouldn't use anybody but them. They moved to a huger, gigantic dealership so they are not as close to us. They have other dealerships. They have been here for at least 50 years but they are way up to date even though they have been in business for a long time. We take our vehicles to their satellite office that is much closer to us. I don't know how much service work they do at the location we use.

The reason I'm unhappy with this particular service center, and I'm not likely to go there again, is that they lost my parking pass, which cost me $50. While error happen, and I wouldn't fault them for just this fact, it is how the situation was handled that turns me off this place. The service rep pretty much told me I've likely misplaced it myself; they wouldn't own up to it being their mistake. My letter to their service manager went unanswered, which served as indication to me they weren't interested in keeping me as a customer.

Took 98 Honda for rough engine (engine shakes, sometimes dies at stop lights, poor acceleration). I told them I had looked at spark plugs (which looked good) and timing belt / water pump had been replaced recently. Diagnosis said needed a) wires and distributor cap $330, b) an EGR valve $420. Told service manager I didn’t want to put that much into the car and perhaps I could do some of the work. He explained they don’t do it that way – that it needs all the parts to work properly. Although he did say they replaced one of the wires – and it ran 100% better. So I suggested maybe it doesn’t need all the parts. I declined further service, paid $75 for diagnosis plus $1.95 for a new customer administration fee. (The $1.95 for being a new customer sounds like a petty / senseless charge to me). Bought wires and spark plugs at an auto parts store ($60) - replaced them in the parking lot nearby. And the problem with the engine was corrected completely. After further research, I discovered the EGR had been recently replaced by prior service – and the one in the car even looks NEW. I believe all of the recommended service was not needed (e.g. the distributor cap). I am not convinced the EGR has a problem. No doubt the car would have worked fine with ALL the parts ($750). It also works fine with $60 spark plugs and wires. I would have been a delighted and satisfied customer if they had suggested wires and plugs for $200.

This most recent service was great. Their waiting area is comfortable and gives folks options (movie? tv? computer area?), plus a kids area. They usually can give a good estimate of time and the problem. If there's something they find over-and-above their estimate, they bring me out to look at the problem and explain it, giving options and cost estimates. I like working with Ron Shilling, but have worked with several other service reps and have never been dissapointed (other than the fact that my car is old and needs more attention now than ever). Folks always "warn" me not to go to the dealership, but I can't help feeling that they treat me with respect and consideration, and do their best to do what's best for my car, and my well-being. They go out of their way to be sure I understand what they find/do, etc. and I rarely feel pressured to do anything I'm not comfortable making an "on the spot" decsion on. (And they provide water and snacks!)

Great, great, great! Coming to this dealer for service is a pleasure. They have a separate waiting room for people with children, well stocked with toys and a TV. This is such a life saver! No need to keep the kids from dashing into the parking lot, annoying other customers, or pulling all the brochures out of the rack! I actually got to relax a bit! The service was very quick (45 minutes from in the door to back out) even though I had no appointment. They have free water and snacks, which is a nice touch. They are very polite, and keep you informed.
