The beach condo we bought was ok but the cabinets were not of high quality and worn. I found Lamar through a friend who also had her kitchen renovated. They gave me an estimate promptly on all work including keeping the granite countertops. Every other company refused to keep the existing granite and insisted on replacing. They removed a half wall blocking the kitchen area and dug a trench in the concrete to hide the electric needed for the stove in the existing island. The original contract also had installation of crown moulding, replacement of baseboards, remove popcorn ceiling. I thought that was all my budget would allow. When they arrived Larry suggested replacing a ragged door with a completely new prehung door and replacing one door slab. I asked to please itemize all because I didn't think I could afford everything. I was definitely wrong. I added those items along with painting the entire condo while everything was under construction. Also added new solar pull down shades and new verticals. All ended up being well within my anticipated budget. Larry and his son kept everything so neat within the unit. Even the condo management noticed how respectful they were. Can't go wrong here. As a matter of fact I am working with Lamar again to remodel the kitchen in my main home.

I was given LaMars phone number by a plumbing company and feel so blessed to have come to know this company. They originally were contracted to renovate my daughters bathroom and install a hall closet in a built in desk area. The work was so phenomenal and Larry and Ryan were so wonderful that I continued with the entire renovation of my 2nd floor. Every day they showed up at 9am and worked straight through till 5pm. There was never a question as to whether they were going to show up. Why they were here they kept my home neat and clean and the construction area was spotless and organized. Having them in my home was never a nuisance or a bother. I highly recommend this family business to anyone needing any type of renovation. They are competent and professional and as a perk you get their wife to assist in design and product purchasing.
