The price of other groomers makes me continue to go here. Reasonable price for what they do. They do a good job and they are accommodating. When the dog flue was going around I didn't want my dog with other dogs and they put her in another room

I cannot recommend this place enough! We moved to Tampa 3 years ago with a 3 and 13 year old cat, and wanted to find a good place for them. Over the last few years our older girl has started to have some kidney issues, but the doctors here have always made sure that we understand exactly what she needs and that she's being well taken care of. Having a cats-only place is also nice for our nervous younger girl, as she doesn't have to hear dogs barking (as she's never been around them and they freaked her out at her last vet). I would recommend them to anyone. The pricing is comparable to other places we've been, and we feel like our baby girls get the best care here!

They are an excellent everyday vet. Food, shots, grooming. We went through a flurry of visits with cats who had injured themselves fighting with our much larger foster kitty. We got appointments fast and saw doctors in a timely manner. Good treatment and realistic advice. Not inexpensive but not bad either in terms of pricing. Plus they have Hills CD, our kitty food. That alone is awesome. Forgot to mention... Review Text: Two of my kitties were feral. They have all their claws. They are sweethearts till we go to the vet where they are only jerks. The staff handles all their snapping and hollaring (they are sweet, I swear) with aplomb, never get injured and the cats hardly notice they're getting a shot (or whatever). If you have a difficult animal, seeing this staff is a breeze. I once asked them to cut their claws since it was time and it is quite the experience at my house...guys, the staff cut the front ->and back claws<- done in about 15 seconds. That was amazing, I've never touched their back claws.

I boarded my cat Baby for 18 days with A Country Cat House during the holiday season. This was my very first time. Of course I was super nervous as any pet owner would be leaving your little one for an extended amount of time. Patty and Betsy were absolutely fabulous! The level of professionalism, customer service and all out care they provided for your fur baby is top notch! Once I dropped of my 11yr old cat, I knew he would be loved and fully cared for 100%. They even sent me photos via email throughout the 18 days. I couldn't ask for a better boarding service. They truly love what they do. I knew my cat received the upmost loving care. I am truly grateful that your boarding facility even exists. Thank you ladies so much for all that you do for our cats!

The 2 workers Linda sent to do the job of organising my shed did a fantastic job. They sorted an assortment of different thing into categories and labeled all the bins with what is in them. Just took my wonder baby mr. Biscotti there for the first time she was absolutely amazing... The gentle man in the front was funny and warm ... She showed me the issue that my dog was having and then looked up the condition online and showed me how it developed and if it was treatable .. also got to see not only the love for her job, her animals, but also had the pleasure of meeting parts of her family and they talked about their animals and u really got to see the passion of the animals they have just made you feel like family!! And shout out to her son for helping america and serving our country!!! Christine was great! She works very hard, is very patient and really cares about the dogs! We have 2 Havanese puppies that needed their first groom at 16 weeks, and they really needed it! Christine asked me to stay for the first time or two, until the puppies were acclimated. I was impressed with everything she did and how she cared for our pups. She explained everything to me throughout her process and also followed up with a courtesy call the next day. Plus, she mailed us 2 cards with a picture of each dog, for their "first cut!" Very customer service oriented! We are now on her schedule to come regularly. I'm glad I found Christine on Angie's List and would definitely recommend her to others.

HOLLYWOOF PET GROOMING & CAREI had three dogs at one time. They were the most difficult to handle. Tammie was the only one that can and willing to deal with them. I’ve been taking my dogs to Hollywoof since she opened, at least more than 17yrs. Now, I’m down to jus one pet. Although, I moved to Tampa four years, I still bring my dog to Hollywoof for grooming. SOUTHEAST ANIMAL CLINICWe just started taking our pets to SE Animal Clinic several months ago (two dogs, four cats). We really put them to the test caring for our 12+ year old golden retriever who seemed to be aging rapidly and having lots of physical challenges. Dr. Besette and his staff were SO caring, helpful, cheerful, responsive and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the Dr found that our dog had an un-treatable condition and had to be put down. The entire experience, as difficult as it was for us emotionally, transpired in the best way it possibly could have. We were so grateful that we found this exceptional clinic to help us through this difficult time. Precocious Pets Grooming SalonWe were very pleased with the results of having Brandy groom our large male ragdoll cat, Reggie. He had many matted knots in his fur that required a very caring groomer to complete the very clean, professional grooming that helped make Reggie look like a million bucks! Brandy was very accommodating of our time schedule and was able to groom Reggie with a very short notice. Brandy is truly a pet lover and an exceptional groomer. We highly recommend using Precocious Pet Grooming Salon to anyone that wants a professional, exceptional pet grooming experience. Note that we originally called Brandy and left her a message to call us back. We found out that she was out walking some of her client's dogs when we first called her. Grande Style Pet GroomingSuzanne’s quality of work is very good and I have no issues there. The reason for this one star review is concerning Suzanne’s professionalism. I have been a customer for roughly a year and from day one Suzanne has been very confrontational and has often made rude remarks about my poodle. I recently left a 4 star review and today Suzanne harassed me about why I hadn’t given her 5 stars. I explained to her that her work quality is great but I do not feel welcomed in her store and she has made me feel like she is doing me a big favor by offering her services to me. After speaking with Suzanne, she said we were not a good fit and wouldn’t cut my dogs hair. As a Puerto Rican woman I wonder if Suzanne’s problem is with me and not my dog?- Frances C.

Beautify the BeastAnimal cruelty, animal abuse, and animal torture at the “Beatify the Beast” salon in Lutz, FL!!! If you want your dog to be tortured, strangulated, shaved to the denuded skin, and almost killed, you will take him for the “beatifying” session at the “Beatify the Beast” salon. We took our happy and healthy 4- year-old Black Russian Terrier to the salon on 10/15/20 for regular grooming with a groomer Chantilly. Instead of being “beautified”, he was shaved to the denuded skin, developed profuse bleeding from his rectum due to severe pain/stress (for almost 14 hours), violent cough (due to strangulation) for more than a week, and required extensive and expensive evaluation and treatment in the veterinarian office. Our dog was crying and shaking, not eating or drinking for several days, and started to recover only a week later with medical treatment and supportive care. He has been groomed monthly by different groomers and NEVER had any behavioral or health problems after grooming. Shockingly, according to the general manager David Estevez, “appropriate grooming was provided”. We never heard back from the “believer of wellness and happiness for pets and humans” salon owner Ms. Angie Ardolino, which obviously indicates her support and promulgation of animal torture, animal abuse, and animal cruelty. So, if you want to pay $190.00 (+) 38.00 tips paid before we have seen our dog, for the “appropriate grooming”, of your dog, which apparently consisted of torture, strangulation, and shaving to the denuded skin instead of the requested bath and trimming, you will take him for the “beatifying” session at the “Beatify the Beast” salon.- Inna S.
