It went GREAT. The technician was on time and professional, and very courteous. He reviewed my options with me in order for me to pick what method was right for my needs. He got his job done quickly and proficiently, and made sure to clean up behind himself before leaving.

This is the 3rd time I've had Rick clean carpets for me. I have a few rentals so he's cleaned carpets in one of them and did the stairs in my primary home a few months ago. Today I had him return to do the stairs again because we moved furniture over them and made them filthy. I have 2 rooms upstairs with stains and a large living room upstairs with a few stains. White berber carpet is hard to keep clean. He called me back promptly when I called him, showed up early and did a great job! Many companies will up-charge when they get to your house and he never does that. In fact, i asked him to do about 15% more than I originally had asked and he only charged me another $10! He's so reasonable with his pricing while still being efficient and thorough.
