Danny, the technician assigned to evaluate the issue, arrived promptly at the time frame promised. He was thorough, professional and replaced the items in my toilet that I wanted. He left the work area clean and completed the task in no time. I also really liked the way I received a text message the day before to remind me of the appointment AND another text message with the technician’s photo letting me know he was on his way. This is a great added extra so I know who to expect. Price was very reasonable for the evaluation plus parts and labor. I was also told that they would come to evaluate, give a quote and if I chose to go with someone else, the visit/evaluation is of no cost to me. They handled the job very professionally and I would undeniably recommend them to friends and family. Drain to Drain, you’re on my contact list for sure!
