Dr Amsberry and his team are the very best! I had assumed that I couldn't afford the surgery and that my poor pup was going to have to deal, but Dr Amsberry was able to work with me to make the procedure more affordable. Beyond that, everyone on the staff is amazingly sweet, even going as far as to decorate my dog's bandage with his initial after his first surgery. I can't say enough good things about both the quality of work, and the quality of people at St Francis!!

They did a great job and I was extremely satisfied. This is the only place that I will ever take my dog to.

This center is clean and the veterinarians seem caring and professional on the surface. After cursory biannual wellness checks of my two animals priced at 45.00, they were not given needed immunizations because one was too small to receive them all at once and the other had a minor skin problem and stiff back. We were told to come back for the immunizations and the second dog received X-rays. At the second appointment a little over week later, I was charged for 2 more biannual wellness exams and only the first animal was given the immunizations before grooming. The doctor called me and said that my second dog should have blood tests, an EKG, teeth cleaned, and perhaps a sonogram. I chose to get the blood tests only to determine problems. The blood tests revealed no abnormalities and my animal still doesn't have her immunizations.

Very friendly staff, clean waiting room, extremely caring vet. Dr Randall was so good with the dogs, it was amazing to watch her. She was able to calm both of them but especially the youngest one who had an ear infection. He will not let anyone look in his infected ear but she was able to after just a few minutes of talking to him and soothing him.

My cat was having difficulty swallowing food. I attempted to get an appointment with my regular veterinarian without success. I heard about CVC and decided to give them a try. What a great experience! First, Dr. Randall and her staff are complete professionals and clearly convey, through their actions and mannerisms, that the care of your pet is their foremost priority. Dr. Randall examined my cat, and then explained in detail how she would need to proceed. My cat is fully recovered now and doing well. In fact, Dr, Randall, not one of her assistants, personally called me to inquire how my cat was doing! I've never had a vet, in the 26 years I've owned pets, ever personally call me. Overall it was a great experience. All of the costs were either equivalent to, or less than what I have become accustomed to here in the Tampa area. Needless to say Dr. Randall is now my new veterinarian and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. She is superb!
