Done Right, What a fantastic name. This was a seamless experience. We would highly recommend this company. We met w Chad and he was very thorough in going over all the details of converting our gravel driveway to beautiful pavers in just 2 days! The crew was super professional and courteous and PROMPT. The owner of this company (Chad) is only concerned with getting the job. Once he has the job his communication with you disappears, prior to getting job he would call me once or twice a week, trying to get the work. He puts too much confidence in his crew, to do the job correctly. After job is done, he wants the payment but does not come to inspect the job, as he says, "I trust my crew". His crew is very fast and seemed to be in a rush to get to their next job. I can't say how many times I would email him after job was completed to discuss issues with no response for weeks. I finally got so frustrated I had another contractor come to look at the issues and correct them, just so I didn't have to deal with his excuses. If you want someone that does not communicate with you and has a ton of excuses, then hire this company.

Outstanding customer service

I wrote a previous review that was not really accurate because I misunderstood what the project entailed. I want to be fair to this company & give them the due that they deserve. I was treated fairly & the outcome is great.

I was told there would be a very small area installed to step on in the flower bed to reach the hose. It was not done. I was told I would get some extra pavers from other jobs to do it myself, that also never happened.

I interviewed 5 paving companies. Chad at DoneRight gave the most honest answers to my many questions. We were expanding our pool deck by almost 200 feet, great insights about removing outer two rows to help match the pattern. He was concerned about pool plumbing (overflow system) and helped clarify how these could be incorporated into the design. Helio and his team were professional and exceptionally efficient. They sloped the deck ever so slightly for drainage, a most excellent job and experience. I highly recomend DoneRight and am exceptionally happy with the results.

I hired this company over four others I had gotten estimates from. The company stood out due to Chad s knowledge of not only the different types of pavers but also the entire installation process and care of the finished product. The entire project, front porch, walkway and driveway, was completed in only 1 ½ days. The completed project is absolutely beautiful. Have already received numerous comments from neighbors that paver job is stunning. The only reason that I can t give the company five stars is due to some initial hiccups with communication or lack thereof. Chad apologized for this and promised to keep me informed going forward which he did. I would definitely hire this company again.

We hired Chad from Done Right Pavers to fix some shoddy work weâ d gotten from a previous contractor whoâ d left our poolside looking a hot mess. Chad and his crew did the work right, the way weâ d originally envisioned it. In speaking to Chad before hiring him his extensive knowledge of paver work sold us. He explained what heâ d do for us with such ease that I knew we finally found the right company for the job. Itâ s unfortunate we didnâ t do a through job in hiring someone before but Done Right Pavers came to the rescue and weâ ve now a beautiful poolside and front porch that we canâ t wait to show off.

I did my homework. Looked at other reviews. I asked owner about some of the reviews I saw. We met he was totally up front with me. I hired them. The job was completed with in the week no problems no issues. His crew are hands down one of the best crews I have seen in a long time. We have future projects planed. One thing I learned with working with Chad is sometimes no matter how hard you try. There is always someone you can not please. So if you come across one negative review, you will know exactly what I am talking about.

I could not be more please with the work that was done by this company, the people were courteous, professional and conscientious. I am extremely pleased with the way that the lanai pavers match the rock in our garden pond. I would highly recommend this company for all of your tile and paver work.

We are so pleased with the outcome of our project. Chad, the owner, and his team were very professional and respectful of our property. We had our front porch and sidewalk paved over the existing tile and concrete, per Chad?s recommendation. The finished product is amazing and better than We imagined. He gives quality work at a reasonable price. We would definitely hire him and his team again.

Don't walk. Run from this company. I interviewed three different companies hoping to find the right organization to install a 26 x 26 paver patio for my new home in Tampa. I opted for DoneRight Pavers not because of the price (it wasnt the lowest) but because I had a good feeling about the guy who made the pitch, Chad Reichenbach who came across as a service oriented vendor but who proved to be more akin to a snake oil salesman. As with all contractors, my only requirement is a commitment to communication. I get that things happen, especially in these pandemic times, but all I asked was that he respond to my inquiries and that he keep me informed with regular status updates.Chad was the worst communicator with whom I have ever engaged. There was an extended delay in securing the pavers. I gladly wrote this off as a sign of the times. During the pre-install period, I regularly reached out to Chad for status updates on the paver availability. The routine response was, **I will get back to you tomorrow**. Never, seriously never did he respond the next day. Each time I heard this, it was me who would reach out to him the following week for an update. If I hadnt provided him with a sizable deposit, I would have fired him. If he didnt respond to my service calls, I wouldnt expect him to do so with collection calls. When the project actually began, the one day turn around time turned into months. I paid for the paver installation along with a two step **wet look** sealant process. Further, he committed to adjusting the existing sprinkler heads in line with the newly installed patio. The installation was not completed on the first day. Chad promised to return the next day to finish, and his team left the job without completing the sealant (a $550 add-on), and he left my yard looking like a war zone. Around the perimeter of the pavers there was a two foot swarth of dirt and mud where grass use to lay. Additionally, there was a 20 foot trench the length of my back yard caused by the wheel barrow that toted the supplies to the site. Of course, the sprinkler heads were not adjusted to accommodate the new patio. The good news about that was that when the sprinklers went on, they spread water over the new patio providing evidence of a pooling of water near the center of the patio that was an inch deep. After several calls Chad came out to look at the job (he never showed up while it was in progress) and agreed that the pooling was a problem and he committed to completing the sealant job. Its been over a month and nothing has been remedied. I came in contact with Chads business partner Jamie who apologized for what had transpired, and made promises to remedy the situation. She proved to be as big a fraud as Chad. None of her commitments have been met. The project began in May, and here we are in August without any resolution. Do yourself a favor and find another contractor. These people did nothing right. The job remains incomplete. My yard is an embarrassment. DoneRight pavers represents all that is bad in contractors. Spare yourself of the endless, unnecessary ineptitude.

The paver installation was as expected however the results after the installation are the problem. The area was left with debris all over my yard, and several sprinkler heads destroyed. Also there was a leak under the pavers. The leak caused the pavers to sink. It took DoneRight over 10 days to come back and address that problem. But while they fixed the leak under the pavers, myself and my son had to repair the irrigation and fleece the area the way they should have. One of the things that irritated me was they require %50 payment upfront and immediately after they considered things done, they demanded full payment before we had a chance to assess the work. And due to the sealer that was applied, we were not able to turn on the sprinklers on till after 3 days. The owner of the company came out and assured me the problems would get resolved but that was the last day I saw of him. We communicated a few times via text and he informed me he was out of town and that is the reason for the delay. He said he would make sure the problem(s) were resolved the minute he returns which was May 1. As of this post, May 6, I have not heard from anyone from DoneRight. Since then I have noticed 20-30 pavers that are chipped or cracked This gives me pause on the professionals Home Advisor recommendation. DoneRight gave a competitive price, but in retrospect I should have paid extra to a competitor to avoid the headaches. Update: As of August 2, the problem with the pavers still exists. I was told that the supplier, Oldcastle, visit the property and determined there was some discrepancies and I was told they would provide replacement pavers. I asked want about if others start cracking/splitting and was told they would provide more pavers as needed. Needless to say I'd rather not have to call back at all but that doesn't seem likely. Also I have stopped receiving follow up calls from Home Advisor as well. As of September 10th, 2021 I still have cracked and broken pavers.

Chad's team did a fantastic job setting pavers on both sides of my driveway as well as creating a really nice walkway. His price was fair and the workmanship was excellent. The team made sure the site was thoroughly cleaned before leaving. We are very happy with the work.
