"Jim first of all let me say that I am very sorry to hear that you were frustrated. We did your project almost over a year ago and yes I have the email communication back-and-forth as well as I always responded through emails, texts and phone calls. In fact, as you and I were having difficulties scheduling to meet to go over any of your concerns, we were finally able to meet you addressed a few small minor concerns, which I explain to you what could or could not be done. We do not like having to come back and fix things ever so we try to make sure everything is 100% before we do finish. I think your timelines are slightly off, however it is a frustrating..."
