AGS Stone

Started working with AGS Stone to get a quote for my entire kitchen to be remodeled. Working with their granite specifically Roland he was able to provide me a quote based on rough sq footage within 24 hours on contacting them. However when working with Bill their cabinet guy it took quite awhile to receive a quote, it came weeks after getting the cabinets measured and was still not very detailed. We ended up having someone else do the cabinets. After our cabinets were installed we came back to AGS to do the granite counter tops. The reason we chose AGS was due to Jackie, Roland and Garys customer service. They were always polite and courteous. We came in a on a Saturday and was told if we placed our order today we would have our granite in by the end of the week. After ordering the granite on that Saturday, they came out to measure and we then were told it would be the following week before we got out granite installed. The day of installation the crew was scheduled to come earlier but did not make it until 12PM. During all this we were communicated to but did feel like they could have done a better job on meeting the deadlines they communicated to us. Working with them was a good experience and in the future if I need their services again I would use them and recommend them to others. I would just make sure to state my deadlines and timelines better.

Owners Jackie and Gary Rogers provided a smooth process of acquiring our chosen granite from granite warehouse, sending their fabricator, Fabio, to correctly measure the template then fabricate the material to best showcase the pattern of the material and lastly, to provide installers who were experienced and pleasant.

The company sent out people to take measurements and do a template. The granite was cut & installed from start to finish this was a very satisfying experience. This company is very professional.

I visited with Jackie at AGS Stone to get a price on new granite countertops. I was not overly familiar with purchasing granite but Jackie was very helpful and took a considerable amount of time explaining the different kinds of granite and how they would match up to the our new cabinets. She walked me through the showroom and out by the workshop and gave me samples of the one I had picked out and told me to take them home to match up with the cabinets. She was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy from them. She answered all of my questions. I was so impressed that I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and measure for the template. I spoke with Gary, the owner the day before and he assured me that our appointment was confirmed and Fabio came out and took the measurements and again was very helpful and walked me through the process. Less than a week later our new granite countertops were installed and they look fabulous. The installers arrived a few minutes early and were very professional and explained what they were doing and how to care for the countertops. The entire process from beginning to end was stress free and there was always someone available to answer our questions. I would certainly recommend them for people who are looking for a reputable company with great people to work with.

Installers were actually little apple and were very quickly. They did great job! owners of company were nice and friendly great pricing!

Bill came out & measured. The island was installed 2 weeks later after we selected the granite. It's gorgeous!! we can't wait to do more of our kitchen.

The installers, Roland and Sean, were scheduled to arrive between 1-3 pm but their a.m installation was not ready. They called to see if they could come early and I was thrilled because I was ready for them. They were very professional and courteously answered all of my numerous questions thoroughly and without hesitation. Never once did I feel like I was bothering them. Roland definitely knew all the ins and outs of the install process and Sean, the apprentice, was fairly new but seemed to be learning the trade quite well. A couple of adjustments had to be made but they were done in a couple of hours. They then provided me with warranty and maintenance information. The whole process, from the day I went to AGS stone to the day of installation was a positive experience.

AGS was through and attentive. The owner spent a great deal of time me to ensure the best granite choice was made. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

.They came the day scheduled and put in the granite and even recommended a plumber to install the plumbing. Did a fantastic job!

Called to say they were on their way arrived and uploaded the truck. Into the garage ( it was raining). Went to work & it was done! Cleaned up & kitchen looks fabulous!!!

Gary Rogers, owner of Tampa Bay Kitchen & Bath AGS Stone, was very helpful from the start in giving us information about granite counter tops and the knowledge to aid us in making a decisions in our selection. We felt very confident in having them do the job for us. Roland came to the house to measure and do the layout for the counter tops. He was excellent and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions on how the job would be performed. His expertise and suggestions helped us to make decisions that would improve the layout of the counter top. We were delighted with his suggestion to replace our old and worn marble window sill with the new granite top material. The day of the installation Roland and Josh showed up at the time promised. The installation went very smooth and Roland and Josh were very professional in their work and attitude. The work and clean up of the area was done within the time frame we were given and also in a very professional manner. They did an outstanding job. We will not hesitate to use this company again in the future and will recommend them them to family and friends.

Company employee was on time to get areas ready to receive granite. Cabinet was delivered as promised. Three employees arrived on time to install granite and slates, stayed late to complete job. Very professional, polite and courteous and dealt with issues quickly.

We had Tampa Bay Kitchen and Bath install a granite countertop in our kitchen. They were very helpful and very nice to work with. They provided suggestions, and then we were shown lots of granite options. Once we picked out our choice, they had the granite brought into their shop. We then were given the chance to help decide how it would be cut. The next day, they were installing the granite in our kitchen. They installed it with no problems and were very professional. We love it.

I am very pleased with the work performed by AGS. All employees were extremely professional and very helpful throughout the entire process.

Jackie spent time educating us on our choices and the process. They were helpful, quick and skillful. When there was a problem with the sink cut-out, they sent a craftsman out within an hour to correct it so our plumber could still install the sink.

My wife and I checked out Praxis after doing some google searching for installations. Not only were they the best priced fir what we wanted, they also were very friendly and professional. They were able to fabricate and install our countertops in less than a week from the time we selected our color. We were so happy with the overall experience that we are having them replace our countertops in the two bathrooms in our house that have them!

Not much. To tell when all goes perfectly. Total satisfaction.

AGS was the only granite company I could find that had the countertop pieces that I wanted. I researched about 8 other companies in Tampa. I had a tight time frame and they were able to work with me to get the marble installed on time. We had one minor miscommunication about the product. I thought the pieces I chose were granite. They turned out to be marble. But, that was OK because I didn't like any of the granite I had seen in my research. I enjoyed working with Gary. He is very friendly and helpful. Ask for him when you call. He is also the owner.

AGS showed up on time and were very professional. We has had new carpet laid and they did not stain the carpet. They cleaned up after themselves. When they left we had a beautiful new kitchen. In April 2015, a friend of my brother's visited our home. He is an expert in the field of granite and stone and is well known in the industry. He looked at the installation of the granite in our kitchen and told us that the job was very professionally done and we should be very happy with the company that did the installation. And we are!!!
