"Stay away from this company if you wanted a quality pool… they will promise you The world, but in reality, it’s just a bunch of lies… they will take forever, give you sub-quality work, and when they mess up the job they will require you to pay them before they fix the issue and finish the job, essentially extortion… even worse is their warranty program, don’t count on it… I had 4 service calls this week (from a third party not them) and they couldn’t fix the issue (because they hired electricians when it’s a software issue) and when they assure they will show up… no call no show… hot tub has been down nearly a month with no resolution."

Reasonably priced to be competitive in the market. We attempt to "educate" our clients to all issues of their projects. Provide competitive solutions to the pool issues.
"The marsite was done in a timely manner and was fine almost 4 months later the salt water chlorinator is still not installed After 4 months we were told we needed a new pool timer and we needed to hire an electrician to wire the chlorinator. The contract was for Salty Dog Pool to install the device It was obviously not inspected prior to signing the contract nor was it mentioned It should have been included in the estimate and contract if it needed to be done That is their job. We did not even realize the chlorinator would have to be wired to the timer The electrician we called to finish the job immediately knew it was Fred from Salty Dog He told us that he does this all the time Do not use this company. They are not reliable They are now refusing to finish the job"
