"Knew we needed some help with a termite situation. Contacted 3 companies that came inspected and gave me quotes. Of the 3 quotes Pest guard was right in the middle. Not the most expensive or the cheapest. But what sold me on them was the professionalism, no nonsense answers and he listened to all my questions and concerns. Gary Henderson was the account manager and the reason I went with Pestguard. He was at our home a week before the planned tenting fumigation. He dropped the plastic bags that you need to put any open food products into and walked us through examples of what to bag. Then the following week I received an email telling me that the Setup team had left their office and was heading to my house. I received emails on each step of the process. That they arrived, that they completed the tenting and the team left the property. Next day same thing but it was the Take Down team that was at my home and then posted the signs of non entrance. The whole process was very reassuring. I’m glad I went with them."

Joe, the president, has personally come to our property to shrug off the damage, call us liars and hurl personal attacks on my husband. If horrible quality, rudeness and a weed infested lawn with dirt patches is what you seek, hire this company. If you want a beautiful lawn and to be respected, DO NOT HIRE!!!!"
