The phone quote was different when the guy arrived. I was told it was $99.00 for 2-3 rooms.
I spoke to the lady in the office and informed her we were in a Condo on 9 floor and she assured me they had the equipment no problem. On the day of service the guy informed us that there was an extra $50 dollars because we were on the 9 floor but the lady I spoke with never mentioned this to me when I confirmed the quote and date. We felt this was dishonest for a business who doesn?t stand by their customers we had no choice but to pay since we had an event and neeed the carpets cleaned ! Teresa Shelton

Absolutely blown away by these folks. We have a townhome at Boca West (vacation home). When we removed a wardrobe from the bedroom, as we suspected, the installers of the new carpeting had not carpeted under it. Fortunately, we had a remnant of the new carpeting and called Word of Mouth Carpet to patch in the new carpeting. I'll let the pictures do the talking. These two gentlemen that came were prompt, honest, and highly skilled. Their price was fair. They explained that the carpet we were patching in was directional carpeting and we might notice the difference. Can you see the difference?! I can't! I'm over the moon.

Word of Mouth Carpet Restorations did an outstanding job for us. We had a last-minute request to stretch the carpet in two hallways of our hotel, each measuring 250 feet long. Laura was incredibly prompt in returning our call and arranged for a team to come out the same day to provide an estimate. They even scheduled the work within a week. The team stretched and repaired the carpets, making them look fantastic. We are extremely grateful for their service and the quality of their work.

2 very nice men did the job but he price was ridiculous Lous. 20 minutes and $400 later it was done. We went with the price because we wanted it done. I was quoted $500 to clean the grout in my entire house which is 95% tile. No comparison. 2 small stretches in front of my bedroom door. I would NOT recommend them solely on the price
