The towing portion went fine. However, the professionalism of the owner has much to be desired. When my wife and I went to the lot to sign a release form so that our collision repair facility could retrieve the vehicle, we were treated with disrespect by the owner/manager. The lot is hard to find, and when we arrived, the gate was open so we drove in. He came to the car and wanted to know what our business was and I indicated to him that we were their to sign the release papers. I was also on the phone to the collision center to let them know that we were on our way. My wife went with the gentleman to the office to do the paperwork. When I went to the office, I stuck my head into the open door to tell explain to the gentlemen what had happened, and I was rudely told by him to "get back in the public area." He also rudely told my wife that I was going to prove that we owned the truck. I presented an insurance card with all the pertinent data on it and was quickly dismissed as not good enough. He then said that for $2.00 he could look it up! We were treated rudely and with much disrespect by this gentlemen. A look at other other sites similar to Angie's concurs with my statement.
