They sent out a totally incompetent person. Came out 3 times and did not even finish the job. I had to hire a separate contractor and it cost me $70.00 to identify All4One's screw ups

I placed a request for several projects. We made a same day appointment for an estimate and while they were running late I was called to let me know. Tresselar walked through with me and gave me a detailed written estimate and we were able to schedule the work within a couple of days. The work was performed as promised 6 different jobs of varying effort were all done professionally. Tresselar was professional and did quality work, spending several hours to complete all as was promised. The value was excellent and we're very pleased with the work. As soon as I made the request, they returned my call within a few hours and set up an appt for the next day. They were very professional and am very pleased with the results. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

My experience started with a return call that same day and an estimate of the work needed, I asked about their availability and they asked when would I liked it taken care of, I told them a time and they confirmed the appointment. The next day the technician showed up10 minutes early. He came in and surveyed the problem and went over the cost. I agreed and signed the invoice. Upon removing the toilet, he discovered a blockage and told me he had to call it in. He returned to tell me there would be additional charge of $135.00 to unblock it. He went and brought back an auger or small snake, he then spent 15 minutes to unclog the drain. While he continued the job, I called the office and spoke to someone about the new charge. I explained the situation of him spending 15 minutes and the charge being $135.00. I was asked to hold and the next person on the phone was the owner. He asked me what the problem was and then told me there was a miscommunication and that the clearing of the drain was considered part of the original charge and that there would not be an extra charge and that the original quote would stay the same. I then thanked him and said that I would highly recommend his company in the future. It's nice to know that there are still companies out there with honesty and integrity. In the future I would not hesitate to call for any of my plumbing needs. Great people !!!

Called me right after my service request. Arrived first thing the following morning. Gave me a quite prior to working. Plumber seemed very confident in his assessment of the problem. There were two issues: 1 - The cost was high... not the cheapest 2 - The plumber spoke VERY little English... he has to get me a translator on the phone so that I could understand what he was saying. Very nice friendly and professional guy.. but a bit difficult with the language barrier. Bottom line: Fast Service, The job was well done , the price seemed high.

So the plumber came and evaluated my situation. He did a nice job taking pictures and detailing the problem. However, he wasn't quick to offer a solution. He said "they'll need to do XYZ." Now, this was in a condo in a multi-unit building, and I assume he thought that the building had a go-to plumber for non-resident (building-related) issues. Nevertheless, I'd have appreciated some more complete information without having to probe as to whether his company could do the job and what they would charge. Overall, it was a positive experience, but their plumbers should consider providing more complete feedback at the job site.

My water heater finally died and it was during the hurricane ! This company answered the phone,and set up an appointment for a free estimate. Then came back the next day to install a highly rated American made heater. The service quality and price where all very good .

Jesus was prompt and very efficient. He was very pleasant and offered advise for another project.

The day I submitted the request the plumbing contractor contacted me. He came out very quickly and he did a good job.
