he called me after i posted on Angie's list. He said he could do the work. First day Tuesday I called him and asked if he was still coming around 2 pm. He said it was to hot out. He shows up with his girl friend and child around 7 pm. He and the girl cut a hedge and two shrubs that took about 1 hour and i paid him 70.00. i told him i would go buy a mower to cut the grass on Wednesday. On Wednesday he calls and says don't forget the gas. Around 4pm he calls and says he's at my house. i tell him the mower is in the box and put it together. I get back to my house around 5 pm the mower is ready and i gave him the gas can. His girl and child are in the car sitting in the street. He proceeds to cut the grass but because of the ear plugs he asks like he can not hear or see me when i have concerns about how he is cutting the grass. The mower was not loud. In the back yard i ask him if he could move 3 gardening concrete blocks and he said he would charge extra. then he laughed. he did move the blocks. When the mowing was done he pushed it to the front of the house. I asked him to bring it to the side of the house to hose it off. He proceeded to drag my hose to the front and i told him i don't want it wash there. He kept saying you turned the water off and I said I did because I want it washed on the side of the house. again he said you turned the water off. I said we are done. you are fired. Pay me my 180.00. the agreed was 160. with weed whacking. He said I know you were arrested last year and can have no contact with the police. He then takes his shirt off. He said I am calling the police. I have my sister on the phone and she heard all of this. My sister said you don't what he will tell the police just pay him the 180 and get rid of him. Only someone being arrested and on probation would know to use that as blackmail and extortion to get 180.00. He sent me a text today Friday saying the 80 dollars need to be resolved and he wants to meet with me. I have that text proving he knows that 80 dollars was unearned. I do not want someone as low as he to ever sit foot on my property. Protect other customers from someone as conniving as he. Yes I want the 80.00 blackmail back. Good luck in handling this. This guy will lie and cheat and do what ever is necessary. He scares me. There was no professionalism about this person. He is a con artist

We were so pleased to find a person who could help us with hanging all the items we needed for our small bath. Trying to make use of this tiny space. He can fix just about anything & really aims to please. He works clean, he is very professional, works quiet, is very responsive, on-time & charges very fair prices. Patrick was able to fix one of my issues which was my lawnmower. I thought he was a little pricey for such a small job and I am still struggling a bit with getting the lawnmower started. We talked about fixing my fence where my tree was uprooted from hurricane Milton last year but I have not heard back from him. He was very kind and I was hoping to work with him on fixing my fence.

Patrick was terrific and I plan to continue to use his service in the future. TY so much.
