Wonderful experience with this company! They were very quick to respond to my request and came out two days later to help install a tv mount. He installed a Tv mount for me that he had never worked with before and took the time to research and familiarize himself with the product before he came out. He took his time, made sure it was done right, and the finished product is absolutely perfect! Thank you!

I've worked with Planitson twice now. The first time was 4 years ago at our first house in Jacksonville and Jeff put in an 8 camera system for us. We've since moved and we shopped around for a company to put in 11 cameras at our new house. Planitson was one of the only companies that was responsive to our questions, showed up on time, and again earned our business. The camera installation had a few hiccups during installation, but we worked through everything together and got the cameras up and running. I'm happy we've used Planitson and would definitely recommend them.

I submitted the request in the evening and needed the service done the very next day. He called first thing in the morning to complete the request. He also suggested what mount would be the most durable and cost effective.
