Southeast did an amazing job on both our sliders and windows. From the sales/quote process, coordination with the office staff, installers, finishing touches and finalization with the office staff, everything was great service. I especially want to do a "shout out" to Sandy in the office. She was so responsive and helpful in every aspect. I highly recommend this company.

I was pleasantly surprise to have the counter service clerk say she would see if she couldn't have the replacement glass cut while I waited. Less than ten minutes later I was able to leave the store with a piece of glass that fit my curio cabinet perfectly. The service was prompt and nicely done. The shop is a pleasant place to wait; service people helpful and friendly. I'll being doing more business with this company whenever I've a need for windows, doors, mirrors and other glass. I only wish I had found them earlier.

In repairing the top half of the window, they damaged the bottom half to where I cannot even lock it. They will not fix. I would not recommend them at all!
