When I posted the request for a Carpet Cleaner, they called me right away and gave me a price and date and time. They gave us a great price, called to see if they could come early - which was great for us, they worked steady until the job was done. The carpet looks good now thanks to them!

AVOID Joe, JFore Carpet cleaning and his con artist team at all cost. He will use his Christianity as a base oh, he might even give you a sob story where he needs money in advance. Fake reviews are suspected. His work is terrible. He does not respond to communication efforts, not once you pay him! if that was not bad enough, he actually does terrible work and all areas that he claims to be good at it. I had my carpet cleaned grout cleaned and pavers seal. All three of them are substandard. I could have done better grout work with a toothbrush and comet. He will blame the guys that work for him and not retake responsibility. When I tried to get my driveway redone, he simply stated please get with the people that did it for me. I explained to him that I paid him (not some subcontractor!), he told me that is not his problem. See attached picture of the driveway I got left with! Halfway finished... And he refused to finish it or refund any money. Check BBB, you will see. Please, please do yourself a favor and hire somebody else. Waste of time money and energy working with this guy. I am surprised he is made it this long being such a con artist.

hired him to clean floor tile and grout lines. we had a written agreement that he would clean tile and grout close to original colors after cleaning (entire apartment less than 1 hour) the tile and grout in kitchen, bathroom and living room were not even closely clean similar to other places in the apartment. he abruptly left without trying again.

Very good response to my voicemail request for estimate. Price was on the high end, but they were rated highly. Arrived on time and very nice. Cleaned tile well, however left a lot of water on last five feet of floor. I had to use three large beach towels and a lot of effort o absorb the water. When I pointed it out to the worker He said the machine was full. Too bad it ended like this because the floor came out nice.
