They are professional in their treatment of customers, and clean your home as if it is their own. Most of the ladies that work for them have done so for years and are a testament to how well they are treated and how much they enjoy their job. They have grown their staff very much over the past 5 years which is also a sign of quality services in this tough economy. Believe me, you will not find any better or more honest folks in the business. Their employees are polite and efficient and a direct reflection of how Ron & Terri demand only the best. Terri and her team were there promptly at 9:00 am, brought all their supplies in and went right to work. They were professional, dealt with my dogs very well, and were most appropriate in everything they did. The bathrooms needed extra work and Terri was extremely thorough. When they got through with the house it was probably cleaner than it had ever been. I couldn't be happier with their work and expect to have them back on a regular basis from now on.

A four person crew spent several hours and did a great job.

I hired Top Cat Cleaning to give my house (2800 sq ft) a thorough cleaning in between tenants. Terry, Ron and two young ladies showed up right on time and immediately began working, the job took three hours. Ron vacuumed and wiped the house from the top to the bottom, from the ceiling fans/plant shelves to the baseboards. All appliances were pulled out and cleaned inside and out. Soap scum in tubs and showers was scraped off with razors, slowly and carefully to prevent damage and injury. The walls were even wiped down! The house sparkled and smelled amazingly fresh when they were finished. I have been renting houses since 1992 and am completely impressed with Top Cat Cleaning. I wish that I lived in the area so they could clean my house!

The cleaning team (Ron, Gus and Donna) was on time, efficient and extremely thorough. They did not waste time; everyone worked independently so there was no wasted effort. Everything was cleaned to a high standard in a reasonable time for a very affordable price. Each worker was positive, respectful and eager to please. I highly recommend this cleaning team. This company is top notch.

We are moving. We are heartbroken. Ron, Teri and the ladies who work with them are the BEST. We started with a thorough cleaning and they have been coming every two weeks since. Everyone is very professional while being very pleasant and friendly. They ran late one time and called half an hour before the time they were expected to let us know and make sure it wasn't going to inconvenience us. When we put our house on the market they came on short notice, helped to move some furniture and made certain everything was spotless before the house was shown. We have never had a cleaning service move out our stove and clean behind it, clean the top of the fridge and smile the entire time. Anyone who cleans for us in the future will have some mighty high standards to meet.

I submitted a request online for someone to contact me on a Friday. After not hearing from them on Monday afternoon, I called and left a message. 2 days later, i received a voice mail back. When trying to return call, again I got a voice mail.

The detail thorough cleaning was done extremely well. They cleaned everything in the house. Even used ladders to clean the tall bookcases. On a monthly basis the team of three come in and spend about an hour cleaning the house thoroughly. We are very happy with the results.

We had Top Cat Cleaning come out for a deep clean (wow we needed it) and it went so well we have them come twice a month, it's been several years!

I arranged an appt. with Terri. The first cleaning Ron and two of his staff arrived right on time. Ron cleaned behind the stove, above the cabinets, behind the refrigerator, the air conditioning filter and cleaned each of the hanging horizontal blinds throughout the house. In adddition, the normal household cleaning was done. Then they said to let them know if anything was forgotten and they would glady return to take care of it.

Terri contacted me right away with my request for a monthly cleaning. She texts me to remind me the day before the cleaning. if I am not home, the crew lets themselves in and voila! My house is immaculate when I get home! The rates are a little higher than the company I was using before, but I trust Terri and Ron and thier crew in my home and have never been dissapointed with the work.

Wow! I am so impressed! They found dirt and grime my previous company didnt find! House looked absolutely spotless.

I placed a call to the owner first thing in the morning of February 13th. I described the work I wanted done. I explained that this would not be an "easy" job, but that I was certainly prepared to pay for the services that would be performed. I was assured that this company did do the work that I requested, and that she would check her calendar when she returned home that evening, and that we could discuss scheduling the cleaning as well as the details of the job further that evening when she returned to her home and to her office. I never heard from her. She did not call me to schedule the job. She did not call me to tell me that she had changed her mind, she did not contact me at all. I consider this to be most unprofessional; additionally, I feel that if this woman is running a business, she should carry her calendar with her so that she could schedule her appointments when customers call.

Their work was fast and thorough even tackling the task of a move-out clean with some stuff still scattered about the unit!! AMAZING job!! HIGHLY recommend for every task large and small. Great. The owners came out to give a quote, and were very attentive to the special instructions my wife had. She has a special way she likes to clean, so getting her to let me bring in someone was s huge deal. They took a bunch of notes and set up the date for the first cleaning. A team of four showed up at 9am, and spent over 4 hours wiping down everything that didn't move. I think they might have even dusted the dog. We keep a clean house I think, but they were super. They seemed to never slow down, and the house is looking great.

My in-laws gifted us with several weeks of housecleaning as a baby shower gift. (BEST GIFT EVER!) I got several quotes, and was impressed with Top Cat Cleaning's reviews, professionalism during their quote visit, and price. Although I was in the hospital during the deep clean, my mother-in-law was here and was very impressed by how hard the team worked to scrub the house top to bottom. (She's very hard to impress when cleaning is concerned.) I have enjoyed the maintenance cleans - the teams are very professional, get right to work, and are flexible to work around me and whoever happens to be home at the time. We have two dogs, a toddler, and a newborn, so sometimes it can be hard to stay out of their way - but they are very gracious to work around us. I am happy with my experience with Top Cat Cleaners, and will use them again.
