Dan And his team absolutely knocked it out of the park for my beautiful Airbnb in Riverside Heights. From start to finish, Dan Was extremely upfront, prompt on his estimates, professional, and the first one to spot some thing he didnâ t like and correct immediately without me asking. Also coming from someone who has a lot of experience in residential And commercial, Having dealt with hundreds of contractors in getting burned here and there. Dan has been the most reliable asset to my business and to my clients, that I would recommend him 11/10 times. He Is also the only contractor Iâ ve felt comfortable enough to give a code to my own home for emergencies. Dan and I have a lot more business to do together, and after the excellent work, he did in my Riverside Heights house and the way that he orchestrated it in the short amount of time we had, heâ s Truly one of a kind.
