Front desk staff were courteous and timely in services with limited wait time before an appointment. Extremely difficult to see your physician in a timely manner. Should you become ill, expect to see a Nurse Practitioner. While some communications with medical staff were good, bed side manner could be improved. It is of concern that medical staff expressed surprise/embarassment when examining a patient's body and created an uncomfortable experience for the patient.

In general I didn't have a problem with them, but last year I had them all year. They were okay but I guess the reason I didn't fall in love with them is that when they told me I had pneumonia I saw a medical assistant who told me I'm not going to feel like myself but nothing else, she would not give me time off from work. I'm not going to say that they are bad, I'm just saying that I wish the woman was more considerate for me. I have an appointment for my yearly in a couple of days. I think over all that it's okay. But know your doctor. We need need to be much more critical when we choose a doctor comparing them to other people before we just go on with it. It's pleasant, it's nice.

Routine yearly medical check up that went well. Dr was caring and addressed any questions or concerns.

They are punctual and do a good job. They are friendly and courteous.

They are excellent. I recommend them. They are efficient and quick. They have everything that you need. Unlike in other doctors office where you need to wait for an hour or so they are punctual and billing is precise.

I like my doctor. She listens. She predicts things accurately. I can get in and out in a relatively good amount of time and I get treated properly. She will put me in if I have a problem even though she is busy.

Very timely, explained everything in detail about their services, very friendly, made me feel like I have been a long time patient with them them.

They are very well organized and they are a well run office. There usually isn't a lengthy time to wait for an appointment.

She has excellent bedside manner. I have been very pleased with her diagnosis.

We see Deborah Waurishuk at their office and she is excellent. We've recommended many of our friends to her. They are great general practitioners. The office has a lot of doctors, but we only see the one nurse practitioner that we appreciate and we enjoy. There are always other people that we can see. It's well run and we don't have to wait too long in the waiting room. They are our primary care for me, my husband, my brother, my mom, my neighbor and my room mate. We would definitely use them in the future too.

I see a NP at BMA. She is very easy to talk to and listens to all my issues. I was very impressed by how thorough she was with my annual medical check up.

They are very professional. The staff is very helpful. The facilities are all clean. They are courteous and kind. The quality of the work was good. I will continue to use them in the future. I have a co-payment of twenty dollars with my insurance.
