They allowed a service provider on their lot who said they'd repair our windshield for free; however this service provider sent a bill to our insurance who called us about the outrageous amount later.

I am a mechanic of over 40 years and when we moved down here, pickings are very poor and I ended up going back to the dealer and staying with them, making relationship with the writer for your services and it has been working out very well. The complex that they have there, they are following the same that they did with the initial vehicles that they opened up with. Everybody that I know that has been looking for somebody for over 3 or 4 years usually, I recommend them, they go back at the dealer and get a relationship with the service writer, that's all. That has worked for them. If there is an issue, I bring it to their attention and they usually correct it immediately. Being that I've been in the business for such a long time and I had 4 units of my own, I don't listen to all that they tell me. I know what has to be done but I haven't heard anybody complain that they've been totally dissatisfied with the services and I don't find that they do any bad work even in the body shop sections. It is fair. Overall, I know what goes on and what they do and they have to make money so they are going to sell various things. If people are foolish enough to go along with it, that's their business. They seem to keep it on the same level, they don't let it go low...if they end up with someone that they have to...they treat everybody nice, lets put in that way. I've been using them for 15 years.

Michelle, assistant service manager, took care of my problem quickly and efficiently and was extremely professional and friendly.  I would use this service department again with no hesitation.  I was very pleased with the high level of customer service.

We took our truck in to Palm to see why the check engine light was on. They checked the truck over to see what was wrong with it
and found several other thing that need repaired. It was going to take more then one day so they rented a truck for us to use while ours was being repaired. The repairs were done timely and at a lower cost then the original quote thanks to our service adviser

Repaired automatic transmission.

No problems and was very professional.

When I purchased my Ram 1500 the manufacturer provided four free oil
changes. I took it into Palm. Even though I didn't buy the truck there
they couldn't have been nicer. Usually a dealership just wants to make
money and since they weren't getting any from me I surprised. The
service are was very clean and comfortable and the service writers were
professional and friendly. The work was done promptly and professional.

The overall experience went well. They are very professional, and completed everything on time.

People were very helpful. It was positively trade. The people agreed negotiating. Both sides ended up to bringing in the end. And we bought the car. The service has been good and fine.

I will always buy a Jeep from this company. The best dealer I have ever been to for buying a new/used car and the service they provide!

Overall, my experience was positive. I've always taken my Prius to Palm Toyota for service since I bought it there in 2008. My only complaint, and it's a major one, is the Tires for Life Program I was suckered into purchasing when I bought the car. As soon as Palm Toyota replaced my original tires with an inferior brand that they chose last year, my mileage dropped from an average 47 mpg to 33-34 mpg. To appease me, the service manager replaced my center console conver and plastic wheel well trim for free, and the sales department has been urging me to buy a new Prius so I'll get better gas mileage again.

They are not really pushy for sales. They are the best automotive dealer we have dealt with, and that's in many different states. We did buy a car there and, as a matter of fact, we bought our second car from them. They are very friendly and very easy to deal with.

They did what needed to be done, didn't try to show us what didn't need to be done which we often get in auto dealership and it was just a good experience.
