WE WENT IN BECAUSE THEY OFFER A DISCOUNT ON CERTAIN DAYS FOR OIL CHANGES. THEY CHANGED THE OIL WITHOUT A PROBLEM AND CHARGED THE DISCOUNTED PRICE LISTED ON THE SIGN. THEY DID COME IN THE WAITING ARE AND TRIED TO "UPSELL" DIFFERENT SERVICES. THE TECH THAT CAME IN AND SPOKE WITH US WAS VERY PUSHY AND DID NOT WANT TO TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER THAT WE DID NOT WANT ADDITIONAL WORK AND SERVICE DONE. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES BACK AND FORTH THE TECH FINALLY SAID THEY WOULD FINISH CHANGING THE OIL. IF YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS AND WHAT THEY NEED AND WHEN (I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS LUCKILY MY HUSBAND WAS WITH ME WHO DOES KNOW) I WOULD SUGGEST GOING WITH SOMEONE WHO DOES OR YOU CAN END UP SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY.
