The staff at National Cremation Society were extremely professional and sensitive to the family's needs and feelings. Amy Lutz was our funeral director and she was terrific. She walked us through the whole process and made it as smooth and painless as possible. We didn't give her much notice for a family memorial service but she made it happen on the time schedule we needed. The chapel was lovely .and perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend the National Cremation Society to anyone looking for services for a loved one.

Attended presentation of cremation services provided by National Cremation Society. Salesman was professional and courteous. Explained services, options and costs clearly and accurately. We were cautious at first, but after some research they checked out very well. No high pressure sales tactics during follow up call. Not a pleasant topic to deal with but it was presented very well.

This is a no-frills operation, which is what we wanted. Millie handled everything from start to finish, explained all the paperwork, and even made a house call to deliver the ashes and certificates.
