I had drywall that was install by someone else, they made such a mess of the installation I had to hire Tropical Coating Systems to come in and "clean it up". They did an awesome job. The team was very professional, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of each day. It made my wife and I very pleased.

I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone looking to have their popcorn ceiling removed and re-done with texture. Its been over 10 days and we are still cleaning up the mess and finding more areas that need attention. Zach took it upon himself to use our ladder and shop-vac which are now covered in knockdown and my only question is how does a ceiling contractor not have his own equipment? The high hat sockets are so filled with knockdown paint that an electrician is going to have to replace them. Every step Zach took while at the house for three days left a paint impression including the driveway, backyard, patio, and garage. We mentioned that the floors were going to be replaced, but that shouldnt keep a professional company from taking steps to protect the flooring from the enormous amount of knockdown and paint that was scattered everywhere. The popcorn itself was not scraped all the way to the corners and edges of the ceiling. Zach did not prime the ceiling either which left all of the joint tape showing through. The texturing itself just looks like less concentrated popcorn. We chose his company because Zach provided the best quote out of three contractors, but weve definitely learned our lesson that it is better in the end to pay more for quality workmanship. I could go on, but just want to sum up that after paying $2100 for poor quality work, we had to pay a second company another $1300 to attempt to correct some of these issues.

He did a good job on my small dry wall repair/replacement project. He was there on time. At the end, he did a good job cleaning up, back to the original condition.
