Devon was professional in all respects. He was very responsive to my inquiries and he and Carlos did the work neatly and quickly. Then they cleaned up completely. Also, I really appreciate that Devon took the time to explain why so many screens got damaged and why I am having some of the problems I have with this pool cage.

Wonderful customer service and very professional work. From talking to Veronica, to getting an estimate everything went smoothly. Veronica was kind enough even calling to see if we would like to have the work done a week earlier. Devon and his assistance arrived on time and did an excellent job in extraordinary heat with no shade. It was a heavier material and they never complained. Would recommend them for anyone looking for quality work.

Unfortunately - due to an injury, they cancelled twice last second on me. I was called a few minutes each time before the scheduled time. Very frustrating. I was then accused of raising my voice when I expressed some concern about their ability to deliver their services.

All the way from Monty the estimator, to Victoria the office staff and Devon the owner these folks are true professionals. They were very timely, responsive and accommodating. I had a slight hiccup and it was totally my fault. I share this so no one else ever does this. Prior to Devon and his crew arriving I thought it would be a good idea to paint the metal I could reach on my pool enclosure. I went to Home Depot and they told me what paint to use. I’m a woman and at this time my husband is disabled, so I did this on my own. It sure looked pretty. Well long story short when Devon arrived to do the job he asked if I painted the pool enclosure metal. I stated yes. He advised me politely and respectfully that I should not have done that. Unfortunately because I did that they were not able to do the entire screw replacement but they did replace all the anchor screws. I unintentionally made their job more difficult but Devon and his crew were very patient with me. He and his crew went above and beyond. Devon suggested a hatch door in the roof of the pool enclosure so that I could get at the super gutter to clean the leaves out. It is the best thing since sliced bread. I only wish I had 2 of them installed. He and his crew worked very hard throughout the day. The quality of work was an A+++. The price was very fair for the work preformed and the clean up was impeccable. I would hire Devon AKA Mr. Screen in a heartbeat. Thank You Devon and your crew for the great work. Estimate was done on time and very professionally. Actual screen work was done well and in quick order. Was not adised as to what day the repair crew would come. I was away from home when the crew called to say they would be there in about half an hour. They asked fpr permission to begin work without me beong there. I said yes and they got it done by the time I arrived home.

They were GREAT! Saved them as a favorite and will use going forward.

Very professional. From the very first phone call, this company treated me with respect and courtesy. They came out the next day (a Friday) to provide me a quote. I forgot to ask a question, so I called the office. They researched the answer and called me back within 20 minutes. I was surprised...most other businesses may have returned my call within a day or two. Estelita asked if she could come back to the house and answer my questions fully...which she did. The job was completed on Monday and pressure washed on Tues. The work was first-rate. I was very satisfied with the job and more importantly, the quality of their customer service. I highly recommend this company and have started to spread the word in favor of Mr Screen Repair!

Prompt to arrive for appointment. Took care not to damage plants around screen enclosure. Efficiently and skillfully made repairs. Had necessary parts to repair pneumatic holds on screen doors. Knowledgeable and hardworking with no foul language. Plan to have them back latter in the Fall for total rescreening.

The project went very well. The teams were excellent, knew their stuff and the outcome was wonderful.
