"Dear Ken, we regret to read that you were disappointed with our services. As I recall, we texted back and forth several times concerning your dryer which was not heating properly, the original tech you chose was unable to make the time he promised you and we were able to schedule same day service for you. Upon arrival we inspected your dryer which was working/heating properly. However, your dryer exhaust vent was completely clogged causing the long dry times you were experiencing. We performed a vent cleaning allowing air flow which repaired your issue. Vent cleaning costs range from between $85 - $125. We do feel it was a fair cost, however,"
