the painting was sloppy and most of the trim i paid to have painted was not painted. when i pointed out things that had heen missed, they were not fixed but i was told they were. not happy with the quality.

I have changed my review of this company, because after a couple of weeks, the pool deck, which he painted with a product he suggested, started to show areas that did not cover with the second coat, there are areas that have dark looking spots, that won't come off, it is also pitting. I have tried to get him to come out and look at it, he will not respond. Degaetano painting responded to my review by sending a copy of the text he sent me at the very beginning of my text to him. He never responded to all the pictures I sent him. The dark spots of the deck do not come off with scrubbing the deck, it is stained for some reason. There are areas that were missed with the second coat of stain. I asked him to come out and take a look at what I was talking about, he never responded to that either. When my husband tried to call him, one last time, Ricci Degaetano said, you have destroyed me with your negative review and I will not do anything to help you then he hung up on my husband. Does that sound like great customer service to you?

"We are sorry you are not happy with your pool deck. We have responded twice to your communications with us. The issues you are having with dirt and water pooling are not a result of the product or application of two coats, which was done on the entire surface area. The product we suggested, and that you chose, was a color stain. It applies color to the surface; it does not change the texture of the surface. Dark spots are dirt that naturally occurs on an outdoor surface. We discussed the issues of surface imperfections with your husband before we completed the job and he understood that the surface had some issues that would like reoccur over time. The product was not designed to repel water or dirt, and we did not state that it would. The photos you sent show normal dirt and dust build-up that occurs over 3 months, which is how long it has been since we painted your pool deck."

The team at Degaetano Painting Inc were great. From the owners Ricci and Lisa to their skilled painter Walter. I was very comfortable working with them all. Finished the work in a very timely fashion. The painting of my porch floors are just beautiful! The work on the carport floor was a little bit more challenging for them but they came through for me. Would highly recommend them!!!

Showed up promptly for an estimate, provided a reasonable bid, we texted each other to confirm bid and date, never showed and did not return phone calls. Selling our home and work required was date sensitive.

I can't say enough great things about Degaetano Painting. From the first consultation to the final payment, the level of professionalism and skill were second to none. Not only did they paint the exterior of my house with perfection but they also resealed windows, filled in cracks, and sanded down worn areas prior to painting. Highly recommend!

Degaetano Painting was fantastic. Ricci the owner takes great pride in ensuring a high quality end product. He painted our house as if it were his own. Their cost was extremely reasonable. All you have to do is tell them what colors you want and they handle the rest. Very efficient. Very meticulous. Caulked windows, repaired all cracks and even make the soffits and gutters look brand new. I would not hesitate to use thier service for future projects.
