Rick was professional, courteous and friendly. His clean-up was beyond my expectations.

This was one of my best experiences with a professional from Angie's List. I called Rick and he came to our house the same day to look at the problem. The next day he called with an estimate for roof repairs that was significantly lower than the other bids I had received from other local roofers. Rick did a great job of explaining the problem, what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He came out to the house in two days at 7:30 am with his helper and worked all day to repair the roof. They did a great, quick, professional job of repairing our roof and were finished at 3:30pm. They did a thorough cleanup of the work area and took away all the trash and old materials. I could not have been more happy or impressed with the service of Top Cat Roofing, specifically Rick and Liam. I already recommended Top Cat Roofing to our next-door neighbor and Rick was nice enough to have a quick look at her roof. It was such a pleasure to have Top Car Roofing repair our roof and I would not hesitate for a minute to call Rick again should I need any roofing work!

Rick is superb .... He came to as agreed to give me an estimate. It was a good price and we made a handshake contract. He showed up when he agreed and in two days fixed my roof beautifully and professionally. I paid him at the completion of the job. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend Rick and his company.

This is the second time I have hired Rick with Top Cat Roofing. He reroofed my previous home in 1999 after Hurricane Erin. His work is impeccable. My previous home had a few inspections by Citizen's Insurance reps, and by two home inspectors. All commented on what a great re-roof job for this previous home.
When my new home needed a re-roof, there was no doubt that Top Cat Roofing would be the one I would call. I also wanted hurricane straps retrofitted to the rafters of my 60-year-old home. He installed the and quot;peel and stickand quot; water barrier before the shingles. In order to retrofit the roof rafters for insurance approved tie-downs, he had to remove all the old plywood soffit. He knew how many tapcons and nails to use for each tie-down, and encouraged the Wind Mitigation Inspector to stop by to see the finished strapping before he installed the new vinyl soffit so that the inspector could get a thorough look at the final product.
Where he found soft or rotten wood, he replaced it before applying the water barrier and shingles. He also pointed out that my porch overhang was not level and was starting to collapse. The old posts were barely connected to the concrete slab. Rick reconstructed a major portion of my porch overhang and supporting posts, using tongue and groove wood, as was used in the original construction. He personally does all the finishing work.
The neighbors are in awe of the fantastic look of this 60-year-old home with its new roof, facia, and soffits. You won't get a more detailed final product. Needless to say, the re-roof passed the 4-point and wind mitigation inspection with flying colors.

He was here when his crew was here doing the work. He was meticulous. He did all of the flashing work himself. Everyplace that there was anything other than straight nailing on shingles, he did. I am very happy with the work.

Richard the roofer was there on time everyday did their work very efficiently, clean roof and yard evening. did what they said would, did nor tey to yet any eytra work or money.
