They took a couple of days to diagnose the problem and were very honest and told me that it was probably just because my gas cap was loose. It was very nice to find an honest mechanic.

THESE GUYS ROCK!!!  They did what no other mechanic would do!  They are honest and are clearly here to satisfy the customer and make sure they get the best deal.  Here's my story:
I purchased my 2014 Honda Accord LX at Holler Honda of Orlando when my 2005 Honda Accord EX V6 died at $275,000 miles on it as the transmission went out.
At 52,829 miles my starter went out on MY NEW 2014 HONDA ACCORD!  NO, you're not hallucinating!  I'm sad to say that ever since Honda came to America, the quality has gone down and can now be compared to a Chryster!

I THOUGHT HOLLER HONDA WOULD STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT AND HELP ME.  NOPE!  THE WARRANTY FOR HONDA'S ARE ONLY FOR 35,000 SO I WAS OUT OF WARRANTY.  HOLLER HONDA WANTED TO CHARGE ME $118 FOR "A COMPLETE DIAGNOSTIC", $495 FOR THE PART + $200 FOR THE LABOR!  SINCE THE VEHICLE IS SO NEW THEY DON'T HAVE AN "AFTER MARKET" PART FOR THE STARTER SO I AM FORCED TO BUY IT BRAND NEW!!!  THESE JOKERS ARE MORE INTERESTED IN PUSHING "EXTENDED WARRANTIES" TO COVER THE FACT THAT HONDA IS A JOKE!  TRY CALLING HONDA MOTORS OF AMERICA AND THEY ARE ANOTHER BUNCH OF JOKERS!
Ok, rant over (I feel better now...) 
Out of curiosity, I went online to see if I could find the part for less and did at Honda Wholesale Direct for $333.71.  I then went on Angie's list and looked for "Class A" mechanics, several came up and I called them up and obtained quotes.  All of them charged much less for labor than Holler.  But OVIEDO CAR CARE truly showed to be honest and showed GENUINE INTEREST IN HELPING ME OUT...
HERE'S HOW OVIEDO CAR CARE CAME TO THE RESCUE:
I called them up and spoke with Jason who was very helpful and when he quoted me I told him that I found a part much cheaper than what he quoted me and he told me that was a good deal and told me that if I brought the part to them he would install it plus give me a 10% discount.  I was sold!
As soon as I got the part I called them up and they remembered me and had an appointment set up the next day.  I got in at 12:45 and they had my car up on the rack almost immediately and by 1:15 I was walking out the door with A HUGE SMILE ON MY FACE!  NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 
WHERE DO YOU THINK I'M TAKING MY CAR THE NEXT TIME I HAVE TO GET MY TUNE UP??  YES! YOU GUESSED IT!  OVIEDO CAR CARE!!  LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!

Over all the experience was great.  Free estimate.  Took me into the bay and showed me EVERTHING on the car lift.  Very good detail and right to the point.  Anthony was caring and really knew what was wrong with my car.  Showed me every detail and the estimate was right on!  I am using them in the future for all my car work!

This was my first time at Oviedo Car Care.  In short, this is what I have been looking for in this area for years... extremely competent, fair, direct-speaking (not mechanic mumbo-jumbo), friendly people.  It's a pretty large establishment with 5 (or 6) bays, each capable of holding 2 vehicles.  But they are like the "corner garage" of years ago.  They could have told me that my overheating problem (the original reason for going to them... yes, they have a towing service) was a head gasket (my incorrect self-diagnoses).  In fact they told me it could be expensive if that were the case.  But it wasn't.. it was a radiator hose.  They called to discuss and noted that all the hoses looked like originals (12 years old) and asked if I wanted to replace them.  No sales pitch.  I thanked them.  Unrelated to the overheating, I had tried to fix a faulty A/C fan that worked on only one speed.  I had disassembled the dash myself but still couldn't find the problem.  Even with my dash disassebled, they solved the problem and found a short.  On their own initiative, they notices that the rear brakes were not adjusted properly and asked if I would agree to their adjustment.  I agreed and the brakes are noticably firmer.  People were friendly, took time with me.  Did they find things wrong with my car that I didn't come in for?  Yes, but with the same approach of a neighbor pointing out that I have a soft tire.  In the future, I'm counting on Oviedo Car Care to keep me safe and prevent future problems.

This place is top notch.  I'm always able to get scheduled for an appointment when I need one, and the pricing is very competitive even compared to the "discount" auto places.  The staff is knowledgeable and was very  honest with their opinions on what maintenance is necessary and what's just filler for padding shops' bottom lines.  I'll admit I haven't had them deal with any unknown noises or stumpers anything like that yet, but I can say for sure that when you know what your car needs, they're definitely the place to go.

Car was overheating, Quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced thermostat. Extremely professional, didnt charge me for anything I didnt need. I would use their services again

I needed my water pump replaced before leaving for a Christmas trip.  They were able to fit me in and got the work done in the time promised.  I have had no problems with the water pump since.  They also noticed that I needed two marker bulbs and they replaced them for me at no charge.  I didn't feel that they were trying to over sell other repairs to me like at most repair shops.

I would seek thier help again in the future for car repairs.

We have six kids with five cars. We like their service. They were very apologetic in terms of the last vehicle we took there because it was very hard to figure out what the problem was.  The men are very professional and try very hard. We feel they are very honest which is hard to find. We don't believe they will try to fix something that isn't broken, which is hard to find. They have only had one problem with one vehicle trying to figure out the problem.
