Excellent. Teddy (the dog) loves going there and gets so excited to go in when we pull up. He will not let the family groom him, so funny.. I always wonder if the bad reviews on web sites are competitors or someone making up stuff,, because nothing is said about talking to owner about concerns, which is the first thing I would do if Teddy had a problem, but he never has. He always looks great when he comes home.

They made a mistake with the liquid prescription medication and I ran out after 25 days instead of 50. They blamed it on me - that means I would have double dosed my dog, twice a day for 25 days. Dr Castro never called me to talk to me about what might have happened, and did not return my calls. They provided a refill in the same size bottle. This time I pulled up the doses in the bottle and counted them. I found my dog would run out in 25 days again. I notified Dr Castro via FAX because she wouldn’t return my calls. I have a new vet now. What really disappointed me was that Dr Castro has notices posted in treatment rooms about how she checks, double checks prescriptions- so don’t try to make excuses for missing medicine. I believed that and admired her for that. But it isn’t true, at least in two months of my dogs’ prescriptions. If not for the social distancing, I would have had her count the doses in front of me before taking that refill home. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism by Dr. Castro when I tried to get this straightened out. She not only refused to return my calls, but according to what she wrote in the medical record she threw away all of my correspondence to her regarding the prescription errors. She is a great vet, but I cannot trust her after this.

Let me tell you about this unprofessional group of employees. I understand COVID stopping you from letting groups of people into businesses but why can’t the owner accompany their pet inside. I set an appointment online gave all kinds of information just for them to call me and email me and calling them to make the appointment. When I asked the question about accompanying my cat into the visit it’s a no. Can I be on the phone on speaker while the vet is checking my cat so I can ask questions during the visit , it’s a no. When I asked to speak to someone else about the situation she just handing the phone to the person next to her and didn’t explain why. So this ***** has an attitude because she didn’t know what was going on and hung up on me..

I contacted this office for emergency surgery for my dog. Was quoted 2000-2500 max. When I got there they made me wait 3 1/2 for "emergency surgery" said time was critical and raised the price to 2500-4500 and simply said I was told the wrong price on the phone??? Then charged me 500 for xrays??? The doctor could care less and started to argue with me about my saying that they bait and switched me. She claims that because her secretary quoted me the wrong price thats not bait and switch. No it is exactly bait and switch. Just and FYI on my pet. I went to another vet and was charged 1250.00 Total I will be more than happy to supply a copy of the invoice to anyone that doubts my story. This place sucks. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE BUT THESE CROOKS.

We are open Mon-Fri 7:30am to 5:30pm and 2nd Sat of the month 8:00am - 2:00pm. We do not except checks.We accept all major credit cards. Service dogs (in a working home) are Pampered at no charge to their owner.

I took my 100 lb. German Shepherd for a bath/grooming to Amy and her staff . They did a wonderful job, my dog was given a bath, brush down (she was shedding) and had nails done. When I picked her up she looked great !!! I will definitely bring her back again.

Pet Paradise ResortMy boyfriend and I frequently take road trips in our corvette (no dogs allowed), so we have Cooper stay at pet paradise, AND LET ME TELL YOU there is no place I would rather leave him. The staff here are angels! I get my dog-mom worries and have to call to check on him almost every day, and every time I do, the staff has a full list of what he did that day, and how much he ate. It makes me feel like they genuinely care about my dogs happiness and not just throwing him in a crate like some other daycare services. Not to mention when we go to drop him off, cooper pulls us to the door tail wagging and grinning ear to ear. This is truly the best place to leave your pet for any reason.- Abigail R.

Pick of the Litter IIThe owner is always very friendly and my dogs have never had issues going here. My dogs are very sensitive to certain shampoos and one suffers from severe skin sensitivity. I have never had an issue with this salon. I also love how she provides you with a "report card" on how their day went while there.- heather a.

Pets AhoyWe would give her an A+. We have been using her for years. She is great. She is just so caring and great with the dogs. She does not cage them. My dog just loves when he goes there. Its like a play date for little dogs. Anybody that I have heard that go there love it too. It just happened. She is the reason we have this little guy. She is just so good, and so kind. I think it is a good price. Punctuality is an A+. We moved away from that area, we drive 16 miles one way and there are a lot of places we could take him. So she is worth the drive.- Kurt K.
