The staff is friendly, compassionate and caring. I always felt that they had a real concern and interest in my pet. Dr. Long is a very professional, caring and knowledgeable veterinarian. I always felt that my dog was getting the very best care.

Dr Kelly Long is the main vet there. He is extremely compitent. Excellent surgeon as well. He really listens and takes seriously what we have to say. He's also very well informed.

Always on time, or if there has been an emergency you will be informed. Very friendly, speaks to the pet. Asks the right questions, seem interested in the pet and type of care she may need, such as the laser therapy. Always helpful on the phone. Refills medications quickly. Everyone is easy to talk with and they work hard to assist you with the care of your pet.
