If you value your belongings, do not hire this company. I hired Titanium Grout Lines to re-grout my bathroom prior to moving in, and this was a big mistake. I had one suitcase in the closet with several items, including expensive designer sunglasses for $400 that I just bought, and the night prior to them working in my home, I acknowledged they were in there (I specifically opened my sunglasses case and saw them in there). I had not yet moved into the home, so there was no other traffic coming in, and unfortunately, I had to leave the home while they were working. After moving into the home (still, no other contractors had come in or people outside of my family), I went to get my sunglasses, and the case was there, but the sunglasses were taken, as well as my electronics case with my portable chargers and adapters. The owner of this business, Jason Rivera, took no responsibility and instead blamed it on the contractors he chose to hire and place in my home unsupervised. He said he fired them for other reasons. This owner clearly hires any person off the street and puts them in your home, but does not take responsibility for the damage they cause. Upon my filing a police report and submitting a claim to Thumbtack, Jason lied to Thumbtack, saying the police report was closed in order to have them not look into it further. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this type of person and business and risk your possessions getting taken. There are many other services to choose from.

For anyone who is looking for quality and someone you can depend on, I would definitely hire them, they quality is amazing and they do a great job.

The work was done very professionally by Titanium Grout Technician. The technician worked safely and effectively on regrouting the hallway. The work had came out awesome.

The work was well done. Hector worked quickly and safely on the bathroom tile replacement. My daughter and I were very pleased. His personality is awesome and he keeps his word on attendance. We wish the company much blessings.

I loved the process of getting my bathroom redone and ceiling as well. Every step was done in a timely manner, The Carpenter made this process easy and hassle free. The pricing was great and the work was done within 1 week of initially speaking to the Carpenter. I would definitely use and recommend Pro Plex for others looking to get a job done smoothly without breaking the bank.

They came on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned and re-caulked and re-grouted a moldy stall shower. They also put in a new tile floor. I realized that they did not complete a small section and they came back the next day and finished it.

Hector was quick to respond, diagnosed the problem effectively through texts and photos and set up an appointment right away. Estimate was fare, job was done well and clean up A+. The problem was when there were a couple of touch ups needed. Communication was very slow and we felt like we had to practically harass for them to get them to come back. Make sure the job is perfect before they leave.

They were professional, neat and patient . They did not give up until they were sure that I was 100% satisfied with the color match. My home looks as good as the day the bathroom and all the other floors were installed.
