Did the work needed to be done, not a hit on this company, more the house builder for not doing it, and telling me a licensed plumber needed to do it. That is fine, but why did the builder just not do it in the first place. So this guy did a great job, but still not sure why it needed to be done

Hired to recipe whole house. Tore out insulation in the attic and did not replace it. When called about it he stated he could not see where any insulation was needed. I have been in my attic many times over the last 27 years and I know there was a lot of insulation missing. Work was done by Craig, his son and two of his son friends. Dropped caulking mud on my China cabinet and did not clean it off. Tracked caulking mud throughout the garage floor. Broke a wall sconce and did not bother to let anyone know. Legal actions pending.

Craig Called and said his brother and partner lives on my street, and couldn't feel right about not helping a neighbor! I had bought the wrong part, which he recognized immediately and went and bought the correct ones and wa done in a couple of hours. Beautiful job.
