Description of Work: One week job took three weeks. Workers raided liquor cabinet and work was so bad I will likely have to have a lot of the floor replaced. Mike promised he would make repairs and I never heard back from him. Bad Choice!

Description of Work: They didn't show or call. I took time off work, and they didn't show, they did call later and said they couldn't make it because of the rain. |I called Boone Flooring they came out gave me estimate, was more then fair, took four days, BOONE FLOORING

Description of Work: They put down carpet in a great room. The old carpet was already out. It took them awhile to contact me when I was ready for the carpet to go in, but blame that on the office staff mostly, not Mike himself. All in all, the job was well done.

Description of Work: replaced carpet in bonus room and on stairs. Made an extra trip so that they could take out the old carpet and allow me to treat the floor before they laid down the new carpet. that service was why I went with them. Felt like they went above and beyond. I had other estimates so I know they were priced well.

 + 0 moreFor the product we got we thought it was a very good price. They were on time and they had the work done ahead of schedule. The floors look beautiful. For the price, you are getting the best product there is. The customer service was great. Every question we had they answered. They were not high pressure and let us make the decision about what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. The were comparable to other companies in price, but I think the product we got was superior to what we would have gotten some where else. They made us feel right at home and very comfortable. It was an excellent experience.
