After further checking they came back and said yes they would honor the coupon and they were in error. They were to check with their inspectors & then contact me to schedule the inspection date. No contact was ever received.
I then contacted them myself and was informed that they had changed their minds once again and would refuse to honor their own coupon as posted online on Angie's list.
This is a company with zero honesty, ethics or professionalism. If they didn't want to honor their own coupon then don't jerk me around by agreeing to honor it and promising to call back with an appointment. Only to blow me off & renege on their offer a 2nd time.
Avoid this outfit like the plague. Hope I have helped someone avoid this rather miserable company.
(FYI: I will not be renewing my Angie's List subscription as they allow unethical companies to post coupons which are not being honored, who needs that aggravation?)

Two comments should be mentioned. My realtor said that he had never before seen the team approach to home inspections. Two men are able to cover everything in half the time; and they back one another up to make sure everything is duly noted on the report the buyer is given. Nothing is rushed, everything is done, but the realtor and the buyer are not sitting waiting for hours for the inspection to be completed.
The second comment was from a friend whose father was a contractor and who knows something about home inspections. When Curtis and David went over the report with me and I received a copy, he said, "It doesn't get any better than that."
That would be a good company motto, "It doesn't get any better than USA Home Inspectors".

Overall these guys were extremely professional with their look, demeanor and inspection. This was my husband's and my 1st home purchase so we don't have anything to compare it to, but we were impressed. Our realtor came for the inspection as well and she had never done an inspection with them before and was highly impressed. She asked them for a stack of business cards and said she would definitely refer them.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Nassau, Duval, St. Johns, Flagler, Volusia, Brevard, Osceola, Polk, Hillsborough, Pinellas counties in Florida! If we move in the future and stay in the area we will definitely be using them again.

Can we say 'THOROUGH'! Outstanding service and professionalism! They were already there when I arrived and the inspection on the roof already completed. Christian and Joel's inspection was very detailed and complete. Christian took the time to review each of the issues with me and answered any questions I had.

We called USA Home Inspections again in 2 to 3 weeks to help us inspect another home. We didn't buy the first home they inspected for us , and due things that were found it was not the right home for us.
Jeremy and "Coach" came out to help us on Feb. 14th in the afternoon, they were very professional, nice people. They answered all out questions and as always very knowledgeable about the work. We were very please with the inspection and it was finished in a timely manner. I would recommend this company and Jeremy /Coach to anyone needing a inspect. They are always on time and make you feel they are there for your best interest.

Chris and Curtis were already at the property location before we arrived and had already inspected a lot of the roof and other external features . When our agent arrived, they started their inside work. I can tell you, they went over the house with a "fine tooth comb". HVAC, appliances, plumbing, floors, drains, all baths , windows, doors and attic+ insulation and all things that are supposed to work in a home were inspected and investigated by this company.
The men spent three hours+ with the thorough inspection then went over their findings verbally with us , then handed us a hard-copy of the findings in a binder----a very nice thing,
I highly recommend USA Home Inspections with Chris & Curtis, and will use them again. Not only, were they knowledgeable, and efficient, but friendly too----- We appreciated all their help and advice being new to this city. A great company, who take pride in their work.

Chris came to the house early and got started right away. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing and what he was finding during the process.
They have their computer system set up to write up your report and have it print (full report with pictures) on site. You don't have to wait for the report. They print it out and go over it with you right at your house. They also send it to you online.
The price is on the lower end for what I found in Jacksonville. Full House inspection with WDO was $400, Wind mitigation report was $50.
