Geovani is an excellent technician—very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my fridge, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. His work was reliable and his attitude was great. Geo was prompt and on time, he had the part needed to fix my clothes dryer in his truck, he completed the job quickly and did a complete diagnostic test on my dryer to make sure that nothing else was wrong. I am pleased to know that there is someone dependable and knowledgeable who I can call when I have an appliance problem, I would use him again and recommend him.

Wonderful company, they called within 2 hrs and we had a tech 2 days later . He diagnosed the problem without getting zapped which I admire greatly and wouldn’t be able to do CPR with my bad knees anyway.....anyway, gave us a reasonable cost and as soon as the mother-board was in, he came back and installed it and now we can use the dishwasher again! Well, just me as the hubby washes by hand....... hey, maybe I should not have fixed it!! Great job!!

The service technician was friendly and provided information as to what he was doing to solve our problem. Once diagnosed, he began repairs. A part had to be ordered, He made the refrigerator usable with a temporary repair until the part arrived. Within about five days, he returned and completed the repairs.The technician's knowledge about refrigeration was exceptional. He provided us helpful tips on the care and use of the home refrigerator. These proved to be most helpful, and will ultimately result in monetary savings in the future. Great job Geo! Your timely service is most appreciated!
