Master technician Richard was amazing, knowledgeable and honest. A previous "technician", from a company with an Orange, assured me the compressor needed to be replaced on me 4 year old condenser and would cost $2,800 even though it was under warranty. This was a big lie or a scam he was trying to pull on me as Richard figured out the only thing needed was to reprogram the thermostat. After that the unit started cooling right away. What a great difference it makes dealing with honest and professional individuals. I highly recommend calling this company and requesting Richard.

Another A/C issue.....I would have been looking at a cost of $680 from the company who initially installed my 8 yr old unit until I called my HEROS at Florida A/C Services who got the job done at nearly HALF the cost. THANK YOU FLORIDA A/C.....YOU HAVE EARNED MY FUTURE BUSINESS.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air.. of course this happened on a hot humid day in late June... on a Friday afternoon no less. Ohhh nooo. No AC all weekend? Oh h#ll no. I set out on a mission. Put inquiries on 5 AC company sites. Stephen from FL AC Services reached out within about 45 minutes and said he could be there within the hour to check it out. Hallelujah! Meanwhile I prayed and chanted to the almighty HVAC dieties that it was fixable.. at least temporarily.. the unit is 23 years old! Turned out the unit was frozen over with no coolant... a leak. He defrosted the unit and charged it up with coolant. (Hopefully it's a very slow leak.) Anyway within 40 minutes the house started feeling more comfortable. They saved us from melting into oblivion like the witch at the end of Wizard of Oz. Stephen was prompt, courteous, professional and cognizant of the fact no one should have to suffer all weekend in a hotbox! Thanks so much guys!!!
