I have over 30 years of cooking experience in catering, top restaurants & hotels in the US and the Caribbean, South Pacific Islands cooking International cuisine. With the current health concerns surrounding Covid 19, I am now offering a new service, individual meal plans. This can be for one person or a family. I am personally shopping, preparing, packaging and delivering healthy, delicious meals fully prepared. I'm featuring a Vegan menu as well as anything off my menu or special customized meal plans based on your specific desires. We offer full service Catering. All events are customized to the client's needs. We will work with any reasonable budget to provide the best event possible. we have an extensive menu which is lovingly prepared by Chef Purro. The ingredients are always the freshest and mostly organic. We feature wide variety of International cuisines, as well as entertainment and photographer. Chef Purro also works as a Private Chef on a freelance basis. Cooking classes are also available individually or for groups., bartenders and cleanup. Rentals are available on if necessary, with many vegan options as well. We also provide servers

Rebecca did an outstanding job. The food was unique and delicious. Everyone raved about the food and the band. Everything was delivered, set up, and taken down professionally and on time. I would go to Rebecca first when every I need catering.

How'd it go? Better than we expected! We searched for a caterer high and low through our network of friends but came up with nothing. So, Angie's List came to mind and Chef Rebecca's name turned up. She met with us, went over her list of recommendations based upon our guests' preferences and the day went off without a hitch. She and her staff of three arrived on time, took over my kitchen and made magic. All the rental goods (tables, dishes, silverware, glassware, etc) arrived the day before and our patio was transformed. Everything she made was outstanding. We had a great variety of food - from lump crab cakes to braised lamb shanks (totally awesome!) to warm apple cobbler. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Chef Rebecca and her staff were very professional, polite and attentive. And, they left my kitchen immaculate! What more could you ask for?! Can't wait until next year's party. Thank you Rebecca - the whole day was wonderful!

I was looking for a private chef to cater a 12-guest dinner party at our house for my wife's 40th birthday. I was hoping to hire someone that was recommended by friends or family, but the only referral I got was booked. So I found Chef Rebecca here and rolled the dice.
The food and service were awesome. She was very flexible and made some great suggestions for the menu, which was tuna carpaccio and arugula salad to start, followed by braised short ribs with mushroom risotto and sauteed asparagus. The server she brought along (Lazaro) was also great. He even handled some of the bar-tending duties before dinner.
I will definitely use her again, and I would highly recommend her without hesitation.

I contacted Chef Rebecca 7 days prior to my wedding anniversary to put together a vegetarian romantic dinner for my wife and me. We spoke on the phone and then communicated by email to come up with a 5 course menu taken from selections she has on her website. Her menu is very diverse, with specialties in Greek and Mediterranean dishes. It was no problem finding delicious items that were purely vegetarian. After putting together a menu, she came to my home two days before the dinner to take a look at our kitchen and make sure she knew what she could prepare in our home and what she would have to prepare beforehand. She presented a written estimate with the menu clearly written. I gave her a 50% deposit for services and purchasing food. The cost was $300 chef's fee and $100 for food. On the day of the dinner she arrived exactly at the previously agreed upon time in chef's uniform and began preparing our meal right away. We were so thrilled with the quality of the food she prepared. For appetizer, she made delicious pita chips, hummus, and tatziki served with olives and mini spanikopita (highly recommended!). First course was grilled vegetables with goat cheese and arugula with a balsalmic glaze. She did such wonderful job with the vegetables and presentation, we felt like we were in a 5 star restaurant right at home. Our main course was a wild mushroom and truffle risotto. For dessert we had her banana walnut spring rolls served with dark chocolate ganache and strawberries. The whole meal was absolutely delicious and Chef Rebecca was so pleasant! I honestly can say I have never had a meal as good as what she prepared for us and with such beautiful presentation! She provided everything: meal preparation, service, and even cleaned all the cookware/dishes/glasses/kitchen prior to leaving. She gave all the leftovers, put them in containers, and placed them in our fridge! If we ever need catering services or decide on another dinner we will definitely be calling her back. Her price is more than fair compared to competitors in Miami. I am very thankful to Angie's List for helping us find Chef Rebecca!

The catering was first class. Rebecca met with me prior to the event and helped with the menu planning. She was able to accommodate our dietary needs and a wide array of age groups. (We had the adult chicken and the kid's chicken!) Rebecca and I were able to communicate very effectively over email, text and by phone to make all the arrangements.
Rebecca and her staff were on time and very creative with the set up and serving - adding lots of little extras that I did not expect. The food was delicious and everyone raved about it throughout the evening. Her servers were charming and so helpful; if anyone needed assistance they were right there to help. At the end of the evening, she cleaned up and packed up the leftovers for me to take home. (They didn't last long!) Rebecca and team received a standing ovation as they left!

Suffice to say that while Chef Rebecca continues to cook, I will not be looking for another caterer.
From begining to end (Rebeccas staff cleaned up and stacked all the party rental items before they left my home) the experience was pleasurable, surprising easy and most enjoyable. Chef Rebecca is a true professional and her smile didn't leave her face that evening. In her calm yet efficient way she had her finger on the pulse every second of the evening. I valued her thoroughness during the days leading up to the party and for the duration of the evening. I also appreciate her quiet, efficient, well dressed staff. She told me beforehand that there would be nothing for me to do except enjoy the party and that's exactly what happened (for the first time ever - we entertain often). Overall I cannot adequately convey my thanks and appreciation to Chef Rebecca for making this rather large party at our home one of the most enjoyable yet and wouldn't hesitate to refer her to anyone who who wants a well planned, delicious meal from probably one of the best Chefs Florida has to offer.

With less than a week's notice, chef Purro catered our holiday party. She prepared a fabulous slider bar which included beef, veggie, and salmon sliders, mini truffled mac and cheeses, kale and escarole salad, fried green tomatoes topped with crab salad, blinis topped with salmon and creme fraiche, hummus, and eggplant caviar. She was really easy to work with and and had a great laid back vibe. The party started at 7pm and chef Purro arrived at 5pm as promised. She had prepared whatever food she could in advance but cooked the rest in our kitchen so that it was all fresh and hot for the party. Once the guests had finished eating, she packed up all the leftovers, tucked them away in our fridge, and cleaned up the kitchen leaving us with hardly anything to tidy up. Our guests raved about the food and we feel like we couldn't have made a better choice for a caterer. We're still enjoying the leftovers! We won't hesitate to give her a call for our next party.

With about a week's notice before our staff dinner, I
located and contacted Rebecca Puro through Angie's List. It was the first time
I'd used Angie's List, and, success! Rebecca was available. She came to my home
and we discussed my guests (my office staff), the menu options, and how the
food would be presented and served. We settled on a Greek meal for 10 people,
with Rebecca doing all the shopping (!) - very important!
Because this was an ‘after work co-workers dinner’ – we wanted to start early and
people were asked to arrive at 6:30. Rebecca arrived at 5:30 with all of the
food prepared, and set about organizing everything to serve in a very artistic
manner. My guests started arriving at 6:30. We had a wonderful time, and I was
able to enjoy the evening almost as another guest. For appetizers we had hummus,
fava puree, tzatziki,marinated olives, pita chips and crudite; Salad Course: Chopped Greek salad
over Greens; Main Course: Stuffed Breast of Chicken w/Olive Tapenade, Spinach
and Haloumi Cheese served w/ Herb Roasted Root Vegetables; Dessert: Crand egrave;me
Caramel w/ Fresh Berries.
The food was a huge hit and a great time was had by all. My guests left around 9pm and by 9:30pm Rebecca made her
exit leaving my kitchen spotless. Amazing! We will definitely be calling her again. Highly recommended!
