The owner is arrogant. The repair to my spa was totally inadequate. He became obnoxious when I reported the failure of the system. Terrible vendor. Drop him!!!!!

Michael is great. He rebuilt the bottom of the spa, moved it to its new location, set it up, and repaired or replaced the few parts that needed work. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous.

Unlike some other hot tub spa repair places you find on the internet or classified this guy is actually licensed and insured for all hot tub spa repair not just portables. Courteous knowledgeable prompt and friendly. He is not cheap but I suppose on par with others. Shows on time ready to work.
